The Maui Vibrator is part of the travel vibe series from Evolved. It is a small vibe, at 4 1/4 inches in length and 1 inch in diameter. This toy, I think, would be great for anyone. It has two settings; one is a low vibration that feels a little more like a high, and the high vibration is like a super high. When on high this vibe is pretty intense. Its great to stimulate the clitoris, nipples and penis. It is also great for insertion; the contours of the vibe fit nicely on the G-Spot. Keep in mind this is a small vibe and can only be inserted for about 3 inches.

The Maui is made of a velvety soft plastic. It is soft to the touch, but is still a hard plastic. It has some great textures; there is a bit of a wave to the vibe that makes for an outstanding feeling. It also has a very artsy inset design of kind of a swirl like pattern; you can not feel this when it is inserted, but it does make it very eye appealing. The vibe really doesn't have much of a scent; the only smell that I could get from it was the smell of plastic. With the size and texture I believe this vibe would suit just about anyone.

This is a fantastic vibe for travel. It's small enough that I can slide it into my pocket with no problem. It would also fit easily in a purse or suitcase. If you want it to be discreet I would pad the case that it came with, if you chose to carry it in the case, because it will clank around a bit where there isn't a whole lot holding it in place. This size is great for on the go; it's also great for at home too. It's small enough that it doesn't get in the way during partner sex.

I did have a slight problem when first putting the battery in the vibe. When it first arrived I put a AA battery in the vibe and screwed on the bottom of the vibe containing the battery. Well, the part that you screw on is at an angle, and a little difficult to reattach to the vibe. I had it at the wrong angle, and it cracked the base of the vibe a little. Luckily, I heard it start to crack and stopped turning. Once I did get the bottom on correctly it was still okay despite the crack. I submerged it in water to make sure that it was still waterproof, and it did absolutely fine.

The Maui has two vibration settings. The button to turn on the vibe is located on the bottom; you press it once for low, which turned out to be a bit more of a high for me. You press it twice to get the high setting, which is incredibly intense. I set it on my coffee table and it danced across the coffee table quite quickly.

I did submerge The Maui completely in water and it did great. There was no difference in the performance whatsoever.

The toy is kind of noisy for the size. My husband could hear it through his office door when I stood on the other side. He, however; couldn't hear it on low outside the door or when it was submerged in water. Covers will definitely not cover the sound of the vibrations.

The Maui is extremely easy to use; there is only one button for all the functions. It is easy to push, but not so easy that you will accidentally change the setting while in use or accidentally shut it off.
The vibrations, as stated above, are quite strong and after using it for a while my fingers did get that fuzzy feeling.

The Maui is very easy to care for; I keep it stored in the package in which it came in. It, however; will not protect it if you decide to throw it in your purse or in your suitcase. There isn't anything that holds the vibe firmly in place and it will get jumbled.

To clean the Maui all you need is your favorite toy cleaner or a mild soap; apply the soap to the Maui vibe and run under warm water while rolling the vibe between your hands. I haven't seen where it picks up any dust or fuzz.

The Maui comes in a hard plastic domed package with a small carrying handle. It has a base that just pops off so that you can remove the vibe. This would make a great looking gift. The packaging is very cute. It has hibiscus flowers printed on it, which gives it a very summery, vacationy feel. It has very minimal information on the case, and that is the only information that is supplied with the vibe. It basically just says that its waterproof, what its made of and what it doesn't contain.

This is a great toy, just keep in mind to be careful when loading the battery. Reattaching the bottom of the vibe can be tricky and if you aren't careful it will crack the base of the vibe.
