Give me Bliss!
Overall, I like the Bliss by Evolved Novelties. It's cute and feels good both internally and externally. It is not overwhelming or intimidating. The noise level really is what prevents this from being rated higher, but I do enjoy the toy. I believe I spent around $30 for the toy, and it was worth the money spent, though there are toys with more powerful variations out there.

Pros
Velvety Texture, Bulbous Design, Cute and feminine colors
Cons
Noise level, Only 3 speeds/modes
I so very rarely use any toy that isn't glass, that I sometimes forget there are other toys out there that are fairly safe to use and just as good feeling. The bulbous "Bliss", brought to you by Evolved Novelties, is one of those toys that I thoroughly enjoy using (minus the loud vibrations). I've had this toy for several years now, and it is still one that I use from time to time.
Though made of plastic, the Bliss has a velvety smooth texture to it that I love. I remember when I first looked at the toy in a store, the smooth texture of the plastic material is really what won me over. I love the shape, but I LOVE velvety feeling toys! The plastic material also makes it safe for use with oil, silicone, or water based lubes. Bliss can be wrapped in a condom to use on a partner and still have the bulbous design enjoyed if you're worried about the safety of sharing toys.
The Bliss is a waterproof toy that can be fairly easily washed using a toy cleaner or hot & soapy water.
I love that the Bliss is bulbous without being TOO bulbous. As a beginner, when I first bought it the toy wasn't intimidating or uncomfortable for me to use. The overall shape does not make it discreet, but it is travel friendly (but take the batteries out incase something knocks it on). This toy only has 3 speed modes, with no variational vibration modes at all. That said, the 3 modes are pretty good as long as you don't require a variation of pulsations.
The only thing I really did not love about this toy is the noise level. It is loud, which is, at least for me, a distraction from the goal at hand. If you're able to ignore the noise then you may very well enjoy this toy, but the name "Bliss" is misleading, if only for the noise level.
Make sure that when you pick this toy up you have plenty of AA batteries around, because they are not included. This toy is not rechargeable. It did come in a cute tin with a window, which you can easily store it in if so inclined. Because it's not an easily breakable material, there's not much need to store it in a padded or cushioned container, but it will roll around and knock into things if you just leave it on its own in your toy box.

Experience
I use the Bliss exclusively on my own, though it's small enough that it could be used with a partner during oral sex vaginally. There is no flared end to prevent it from going all the way in if used anally!
Although the toy is extremely smooth, the velvety texture still required a bit of lubing up for me to be able to use it. I dabbed some System Jo lube on and used it both internally and on my clit with great success.
