These little pc muscle exercisers are lovely. Exercising your pc muscles has a ton of benefits including stronger, more intense orgasms, urinary control, and an over-all tighter feel.

They are graduated in style and allow you to build your muscle strength up over time. If you're new to working out your pc muscles, starting with Ami 1 is the way to go. More advanced users might want to start with Ami 2 or 3.

I personally wouldn't use these little beauties anally, even though they do have a withdraw string which is firmly attached. I'd be nervous of the silicone tearing or breaking, and then a costly visit to the ER.

The silicone used to make all 3 Ami's is velvety smooth and ultra soft. And, although I'm not sure as to why, this set does harbor a smell. It may come from the packaging, though. It's not horribly offensive and I feel that the smell will go away over time.

Insertion is easy with all three levels of the Ami, the silicone is soft but the weights inside are firm and easy to manipulate. These weights would be great for anyone just starting to flex their pc's and more advanced ladies will benefit as well.

The design on these weights is really quite lovely. The surface of all three weights is mainly silicone, with the base on each being a plastic circle that holds the withdraw strings in place. I do wish there was a way to make the piece one solid unit using only silicone, but I don't know if that's possible. Cleaning can be a little tough in the area where the plastic and the silicone meet, but it's not anything too cumbersome.

The shapes and sizes are perfect for training your pc muscles to hold tight. The bigger Ami 1 and 2 can look intimidating, but remember! The bigger something is, the less muscle contraction you have to use to hold it in place. These bigger sizes are there in order to train your pc muscles to hold onto the smallest, heaviest one.

I would imagine traveling would be easy with these weights because of the box they come in. Nice and discreet. I don't know what the weights themselves are made of, however.. So I might not risk wearing these through airport security. :)

What's really great about these weights is that you can use them anytime, just about anywhere. Some weights make a lot of noise with the rolling and rattling of the interior weight,but these don't seem to make much noise at all. The Ami 3 is basically inaudible.

Speaking of the Ami 3, the weights in this one don't move nearly as much as the weights in the 1 and 2. I wish they did.. I love the feeling of the weights moving around while I go about my day.

This toy is only going to be beneficial if you use it on a regular basis and train your muscles often. The results are definitely worth it though; I personally have much stronger orgasms since I've started working my pc muscles, and my partner can feel my contractions, which he thoroughly enjoys.

This toy is fairly easy to clean and take care of. I use an anti-bacterial soap and very warm water. Just take extra care to clean at the point where the plastic and silicone meet. I could imagine nasty stuff building up there over time if one wasn't tedious with cleaning. I don't think that boiling these or putting them in the dishwasher would be a good idea due to the plastic piece. Plus they're relatively small.

The Ami set comes in a great little black box that ties with a ribbon, and that's where I store mine. I took out the plastic divider/holder though, since I'm pretty sure it's causing the weights to smell kind-of chemical-like.

If you need to use lube to insert these weights, make sure to use a water-based lube. Silicone-based lubes and silicone toys do not mix, and your weights will break down and fall apart in a pretty quick manner.
