I think this toy could work for a lot of people if they are patient enough to get the hang of it. But unfortunately, it just didn't work for us. It has possibilities both during solo play and with partner use. We had troubles getting it to stay in place and it just didn't seem to fit my anatomy very well. It has its perks and its flaws, but overall it is a very cool concept.

Pros
Versatile, body safe material, comes with batteries.
Ogee is a very versitile toy. It can be used during partner sex, especially PIV sex. It tends to move around a bit so you may have to fiddle with it some to really be able to get it to work for you. For a solo toy it is pretty versatile. It can be a g-spot toy, a clitoral toy, or both at the same time, just don't expect a lot of firm pressure from it because it is very bendy. It allows for creativity with its use and I'm sure that others will think of even more ways to use it.
The packaging doesn't actually say what material the toy is made of. The product page here on Eden says that is made of silicone. It definitely feels like silicone so I am inclined to believe it, but just be aware that it may not be. The packaging does however say that it is phthalate free which is always a relief to hear.
It is soft and bendable and very textured. Some people love a lot of texture, but this one was a bit too much for me. There were little bumps and nubs along the "inside" of the Ogee to stimulate the clit and g-spot. I found this very uncomfortable and didn't really like it. So before buying this I would think about whether or not you are a person who likes a lot of texture.
The design of the Ogee is very clever and unique. It is bendable so you can have it straight, V-shaped, S-shaped, hooked shaped and so on. This can really let you be creative with how you play. The consequence of the flexibility is that there's not any rigidity to it and when you try to apply any pressure using the toy it can lose its shape.
The vibrations are strong in the clitoral arm near where the bullet is. The vibrations do an okay job of traveling through the toy, but you definitely lose some of the vibration strength when you get to the g-spot portion of the toy.
The controls are pretty simple with the Ogee vibrator and very intuitive. There is a simple black button that you push to turn it on and scroll through the three settings. Just tap the button again to turn it off. It's not a particularly noisy toy but it's not silent. I would say it's slightly quieter than average and if you are using it behind a closed door you shouldn't have any troubles with anyone knowing what you are up to. The power is moderate or lower if you choose one of the lower settings. This isn't a powerhouse, just a nice happy medium strength toy.
The Ogee worked fine in both the shower and the bathtub as well as washing it in the sink. I fully agree with the claim that it is waterproof.
Maintenance is pretty easy for the Ogee. It is silicone according to the EF website (couldn't find any info on material on the package or the manufacturer's website so I'm only ASSUMING it's silicone) so it is compatible with waterbased lube, but not a silicone based lube which can hurt your toy. Washing it with antibacterial soap and water, bleach solution, or using a toy cleaner will all work to clean your toy. I would err on the side of caution and avoid sharing this with non-fluid-bonded partners since there isn't really enough information about the material to know whether or not it is porous. Storing it in the included pouch and away from other toys will keep it safe and in good condition.
The packaging was your standard clear plastic case, nothing too special there. There weren't really instructions on how to use it during play but there were instructions on changing the batteries. You could store it in the original packaging, but that would almost seem silly considering that they included a cute little drawstring bag to store the toy in. My bag did fray a little bit, but for the most part it holds up okay.
Also in the package was a set of 6 batteries, plus the batteries that were already inside the bullet when I received it. This was a nice little bonus knowing that I wouldn't have to buy batteries for this for a long time. It definitely makes up for the fact that it runs on watch batteries, which can be a little bit annoying sometimes.
I really didn't like this toy as much as I had hoped I would. With it being so bendable, I really couldn't get much pressure on my g-spot and I couldn't feel much vibration internally either. As much as I bent it, I just couldn't find a position that did anything for me and I found myself getting pretty frustrated with Ogee. The bullet was nice but it was a little bit too high to reach my clit. I mostly end up just using the bullet which is a shame because it seemed like it would be such a nice toy.
Using it with my partner was also a frustrating experience. At first it was chafing, so we added a lot more lube and then it just wouldn't stay in place. It was so frustrating that he was only willing to try it the one time. In his words, "It's more hassle than it is worth." I'm inclined to agree with him, but I do think it could get better after a few uses once you get past the learning curve with it.
Follow-up commentaryI still don't like it4 months after original review
We did end up trying this a couple of more times. Still didn't really have much luck with it. We found it to be awkward to use and I ended up just taking the bullet out (the bullet is great by the way) and tossing the rest of it. I do think that the Ogee could be a good toy for some people though.
