Fun with Fonz
The fonzie vibrator is a smaller vibrator, perfect for g-spot stimulation but not so great as a dual action stimulator. The vibrations are on the weaker side, but they do get the job done. The silicone feels great, and the ridges are nice.

Pros
Perfect for g-spot, smooth material, ridges, simple control, easy to clean
Cons
The clitoral stimulator doesn't hit right
I ordered the fonzie as a replacement for my broken rabbit; while the rabbit was a great vibe while it lasted, I decided to try something a little different. I wanted something a little smaller, and with 4” of insertable length and a circumference of 4 1/2”, the fonz definitely filled my desire for a size reduction. I love the colors that it comes in: pink, purple and blue. I ordered the blue, and it’s a really nice pastel shade. There’s also a cute little heart at the bottom of the shaft, which you can see in the picture.
I also wanted to try something silicone, and the fonz is relatively cheap for the quality you get. The material is just as it’s described – velvety, and it feels smooth. There’s not really a heavy smell, just a light, clean, silicone smell. The fonzie is slick enough so that you shouldn’t need much lube; I never use any, but if you find yourself wanting it a little slicker, use only water-based, as silicone could mess it up. After trying out the fonzie, I’ll be sticking to silicone toys from this point on.
The shape of the toy itself is perfect for g-spot stimulation; it’s curved at the end so that upon insertion, it hits the g-spot with ease. The raised ridges aren’t all that pronounced, but you can definitely feel them, and add some nice texture. The only problem with the design is the clitoral stimulator, the wedge that protrudes from the shaft with a tiny bulb on the end. For some, it might work the way it’s supposed to, but for me the wedge doesn’t reach my clit when the shaft is inserted, and the vibrations in the clitoral stimulator aren’t powerful enough to reach from afar. The tip of the vibrator itself can still easily be used for clitoral stimulation, but for dual stimulation the fonzie may not be your best bet. I think it might work with some people, but it is a gamble whether or not it will specifically your body.
The vibrations in the shaft are powerful on the highest setting, but a little meek on the low and medium settings. The fonzie comes with a slip of paper detailing how to turn it on and off; there’s a button at the bottom of the vibrator that you press once to turn on and shift through the settings, and to turn it off you hold the button down. It comes with four different vibration functions as well, which you also shift through by pressing the button: rollercoaster, vibrating, escalating and pulsating. The vibrating pattern is a steady vibration, the escalating vibration starts small and escalates, the pulsating vibration runs through a series of brief pulsations, and the rollercoaster vibration is a mixture of them all. There's no way to just vibrate the clitoral piece of just the shaft, and the vibrations seem like they they're centered in the shaft, which is why the vibrations in the clitoral stimulator aren't all that strong. I like the simplicity of the fonzie; there’s only that one button that works for everything you need to do.
The fonzie takes 2 AAA batteries. They're easy to remove, and it doesn't take a lot of juice, so the batteries seem to last a long time. The fonzie is also waterproof. There’s a sort of cap at the bottom which you just pop off to change to batteries, and if you’re going to using this in water, you should make sure the cap is on securely. The handle of the fonzie is small, basically just the cap itself. I didn’t have too much of a problem with it, but it may pose a problem for someone with big hands.
When finished using the fonzie, it’s really easy to clean and small enough that it will probably fit into any drawer. Just boil it for three minutes, but make sure to remove the batteries and put the cap on tight before you do. Or you can put it in the top rack of your dishwasher. The ridges aren’t hard to clean, as the crevices don’t go too deep, but if you find that they’re dirty, just use some toilet paper soaked in toy cleaner and rub them down.
I’m pretty happy with my rabbit replacement, though it doesn’t provide as mind-numbing a sensation as the dual-action vibe does. If it reached my clit, it would be the perfect toy. I do love the texture and the material, and I love how easy to clean it is. I would recommend this to someone who doesn’t mind a smaller vibrator with gentler vibrations, or someone who wants a vibrator that’s spot on when it comes to the g-spot.
