When I first came across the FOU I didn't know what to think. It's a very odd looking toy, and looking at the picture I couldn't figure out how to use it. It wasn't till I got it home that I figured how to use it. It's a very beautiful toy. The FOU vibrator is perfect for anyone. The FOU is perfect for stimulating the sensitive areas on you and your lover’s body. Although the FOU is an extremely oddly shaped toy and does have quite a bit of a learning curve. Once you get use to it, it can become your best friend. The FOU is perfect for solo situations and even in group situations.

The FOU is made up of two different materials. The first and largest part of the toy is made out of silicone. Silicone has a tight molecular structure and retains heat. Try to soak silicone toy (make sure it's waterproof) in the warm water before using it to get nice warm feeling. Silicone also repels dirt and bacteria and doesn't fall apart with extended friction. Because silicone repels dirt and bacteria, it can be shared between users. I wouldn't recommend sharing with anyone but your fluid bonded partner.

The silicone doesn't have any extra texture. It's completely smooth. The silicone and the lack of texture make it perfect for beginners as well as someone who is more advanced in the toy department. One thing I love most about silicone toys is how fast hey warm up to your body. Silicone doesn't have any type of taste or smell. The FOU does collect alot of lint and dust, so it's best that you wash it off before and after every use. The FOU is also made of another material, the second material is plastic. Plastic is also a non-pourus material. It doesn’t hold any bacteria. The bottom of the FOU is completely smooth other than the buttons that are on the bottom. The plastic doesn't have any type of smell or taste. Plastic also completely body safe.

The design of the FOU is very odd, it's nothing I've ever seen before. It looks like an egg with hook cut out. I didn't like it at first because, I didn't look reasonable. It doesn't look like something I've ever seen, or ever used before. The FOU is supposed to be able to cup the clit, or the nipples, bit it doesn't work that way. Someone have larger clits, and some have smaller clits. Your clit doesn't really fit in the cutout, and it almost makes you feel like your poking your self when using it on the clit. I can say I do like it nipple stimulation. The point that bothers my clit does work wonders for my nipples. The size of the FOU is perfect to me. It's an egg shape, so it fits nicely in your hands. You don't have to worry about it being too large. You can hold and just about operate it with the use of one hand. The FOU is easy to hide and is pretty much discreet. You can toss it into your purse, or side table. You can even hide it under your pillow. The small size makes it perfect for traveling. The FOU is perfect for beginners and the more advanced. It isn't an overwhelming toy. The FOU isn't insertable, it's strictly external use.

The FOU is pretty easy to control. The FOU is operated by three buttons that are in a triangle shape at the bottom of the toy. The buttons are nicely raised, so pressing the buttons are very easy. You don't need to apply much force when changing the settings. The buttons have three different signs on them, so that you know what you are pressing. When holding the FOU properly up, the first button has what looks like a "sun" on it. The two other buttons have a "+" and the other has "-". Pressing either the button with the "sun" on it or the button with the "+" on it will turn the FOU on. You will have to hold down the button for a few seconds.

The "sun" button controls the pattern section, which would also be called the BOOST button. Pressing that button takes you right to the pattern section. There are three settings of patterns.
1.High fast pulsations
2.High longer pulsations
3.High low to high medium revving
4.High slow low to high revving.

The "+" button controls the steady vibrations. There are only three patterns of steady vibrations
1. Low
2. Medium
3. High

The last button would be "-" button. That button takes you to the previous setting, and holding it down long enough will turn off your FOU. The FOU isn't battery operated, the FOU is actually rechargeable. The FOU is charged by placing the magnetic charger on the FOU logo in the middle of the three buttons. The FOU takes about two hours to charge, and I got about 2 1\2 hours with it set on a medium setting.

The FOU also has light indicators. The bottom of the FOU lights up when it's on the charger. It also lights up when the FOU is in use. The lights flash in the same pattern as the vibrations are going. I've also noticed that the lights never really stop. When the bottom of the FOU is touched the FOU flashes, and this is even when the FOU is not running. The FOU is pretty quite, but it can be herd through the covers and not through a closed door, so it's good for roommate living. The FOU is waterproof, so you can take it into the shower and bath. In both setting the FOU does work very well.

To care for the FOU is really easy. The FOU comes with this really cute gold pouch, so when you aren't using it, you can house the toy and the charger in this bag. The FOU is made out of silicone so you should keep it away from jelly toys. When you are using it with lube, you should use water-based lubes only. You should wash it before and after each use. The FOU does collect lint and dust. To wash the FOU you can use mild soap and water. You could even use your favorite toy cleaner. You can also wipe it down with water and a 10% bleach solution.

The FOU comes in two different boxes housed together in a large ziplock baggie. The lager box houses your FOU and the storage pouch. The larger boxes also hold a sample pack of lube. When you open the box your toy is actually sitting inside the pouch. 23The box that does house your FOU has an outer-shell, and the outer-shell does have a picture of the toy on it. It doesn't really look like a vibrator, so looking at it someone would never guess it was a sex toy. The smaller box houses your charger. There is a picture of the charger on that box. The package is pretty simple. You can use the box as storage, or you can just use the storage pouch that is provided with the toy.

I must admit that I had a hard time using this toy. I was confused, but then I learned that it's perfect for people who like pinpoint stimulation. If you aren't a huge fan of pinpoint stimulation you may not like it. It looks like it was almost created to hug the clit, but the FOU doesn't really do that. It isn't made to accommodate most size clits. The FOU does work pretty good for stimulating the nipple. With this toy, I feel you will need to take your time and play around with it to see how you personally would like to use it. I'm pretty sure no two people will really use the FOU same way. With the FOU you have to take your time with it, if you don't it can annoy you. I know it did annoy me sometimes, but I've learned to love the FOU.
