For the price, you can't go wrong
For the price, you can't go wrong with the Sweet Stimulator. It has the most powerful vibrations of any toy I've ever owned, but it also is the loudest I own by far. It's waterproof and just a pretty vibrator to own.

Pros
Amazingly strong vibrations, great price, pretty vibrator, waterproof
Cons
VERY loud
The Sweet Stimulator is just a cheap little vibrator. I think it retails for eight dollars but was here on sale for four, so I can't say I really expected too much out of the little guy. However, it didn't prove to be a horrid purchase, so I can't say I regret it.
The Sweet Stimulator comes in a pink, plastic package. There's a pictures of a 90s girl on the cover in here underwear. The package itself is almost all pink. It boasts "quiet", "powerful", "ultra-power", and "multi-speed" on the package. It also claims that it's waterproof. The back of the package has a picture of a vibrator (supposedly it's supposed to be the same one, but they look kinda different.) and a diagram about how to insert the two AA batteries. No instructions are included. That diagram of the batteries was their idea of instructions.
The toy itself is a plastic toy with pretty, metallic silver paint. Since it's plastic, I didn't notice any smell straight out of the box. From all of the use, I haven't managed to take off any of the paint, so I think it will either require some time or more use before the paint starts to give. Either way, when the paint starts giving, it's probably time to retire this toy. It is a total of seven inches with six inches of insertable length. It takes two AA batteries which are pretty simple to insert (Not included, though). Tossing this little guy around didn't manage to shake loose the battery cap either, so it appears pretty durable for the long run.
Personally, I only recommend this vibrator for vaginal and erogenous zone pleasure. It is a personal preference, but I just found this toy a little too stiff and unforgiving to be used vaginally. Others who enjoy plastic toys may find this one enjoyable however. Sweet Stimulator should not be used anally, though. It lacks a flared base which means this toy could forever become a permanent part of your intestines.
Once you seal the batteries into the compartment, it's pretty easy to turn it on. There is a dial at the bottom of the toy that slowly increases the vibrations as you turn it. It's easy to go from off to the highest setting in one turn. I'd consider this toy a five-speed toy. There appears to be a low, medium-low, medium, medium-high, and high. The highest setting kinda makes my hand a little numb, so if you are a fan of intense vibrations, this is definitely a good toy to look into. However, this little guy is LOUD. It's pretty impressive how loud the Sweet Stimulator vibrator manages to be even on the lowest of the settings. It's easily heard through a closed door, and it's amazing how little being placed under a blanket doesn't seems to matter to the loudness of the vibrations. However, Sweet Stimulator is pretty friendly with batteries, so you won't be going through many. I've used it a couple times and no noticeable loss in power with these batteries.
The Sweet Stimulator claims to be waterproof. When I held it underwater, I actually found that claim to be true. As long as the cap is on tightly, no water got into the battery compartment of this little guy. The water did nothing by amplify the sound of the vibrations, though.
This vibrator is plastic, so it's pretty easy to clean. It's non-porous, so it can be sterilized. I recommend just wiping the vibrator down with warm water and a washcloth as long as you don't plan on sharing it. It's very easy to clean. Any lubricant should work well with it, but I preferred water-based.
All-and-all, I do have to recommend this toy. For the price, it does an amazing job as long as you don't have to hide this from other members of your household. If you do, look for another vibrator because this one is way too loud. If you are just looking for strong vibrations though, this toy is the way to go.

Experience
I bought this toy mostly for the price. Nothing wrong for adding on to my collection with cheaper vibrators. This one will end up becoming my boyfriend's just since I already own a couple, but we did have some fun with it together.
Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
It's not a bad vibrator, honestly, but it's just not an amazing one either. With all of the other choices out there, this one hasn't really left the package again since the first time I reviewed it. In that time, nothing really worrisome has happened to it, but there's really no reason to ever reach for it.
Not a bad vibrator but just not the one for me.
