Endurance clamps definitely stayed in place while I tried getting used to the sensation of pain around my nipple areas.

The clamps are somewhat easy to place on your nipples. My nipples aren't large, so I had to pinch them and basically arouse them to get the clamp on. I like that they are connected with a chain. I also like that the chain is very short and it rested right on my chest. The alligator clamps were not meant for people with smaller nipples and I should have listened to the product description. I believe that women would like these clamps better because they have usually have larger nipples than men.
