This was my first kegel exerciser. They are small and easy to insert. I insert one at a time. I had a little trouble getting the second egg inside. I'm not sure if it slid out or my body was pushing it out, but it took a moment to get it completely in. I think they felt pretty small. In my hand they seemed a decent size, but I didn't feel them at all. I was laying down most of the time and this is probably why. I wouldn't advise using this for anal as there is no way to retrieve the eggs.

Removal was easy, but you may need to sit on your knees and pull out the last egg. I worried that the glass would clink once it was inside, but that wasn't a problem. These eggs can be used for kegel exercise or play. They come with instructions, which is great for a first time user. I didn't walk around with the eggs inside. I don't know whether they clink together one in or not. However, the second egg took some time to even get in me as it kept slipping out.

Kegels are great for improved orgasms, preventing urine incontinece and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. These muscles can usually become weak after child birth. To do the exercises, following the intrustions below.

Performing Kegel exercises

Kegel exercises are easy to do and can be done anywhere without anyone knowing.
First, as you are sitting or lying down, try to contract the muscles you would use to stop urinating. You should feel your pelvic muscles squeezing your urethra and anus. If your stomach or buttocks muscles tighten, you are not exercising the right muscles.
When you've found the right way to contract the pelvic muscles, squeeze for 3 seconds and then relax for 3 seconds.
Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times per session. Try to do this at least 3 times a day. Kegel exercises are only effective when done regularly. The more you exercise, the more likely it is that the exercises will help.

There is no smell to the eggs, packaging or the bag. There is no texture to the eggs. They are completely smooth. The pointed end is actually rounded and isn't sharp. It's made of glass and is very firm. I think this is very easy for a beginner to use or an advanced user. Though, advanced users may not like the small size or the the weight. I didn't like the slight weight of the eggs. I was expecting more weight, but they maybe due to the fact I was laying down at the time.

They are small exactly like eggs. They are not, however, egg sized. They are actually quite small. That's not what I was expecting when I ordered them. I'm not sure how the shape plays a role in the use. They are very pretty to look at it. The glass is smooth and pink with white swirls. The bag is black and has crystal written on it in silver lettering. It's very discreet and easy to travel with.

I haven't traveled with them yet. You can easily put them in a purse or pocket to carry. Overall, I liked the design of the eggs and the discreet bag it came with it. I still think the eggs are a bit small. There is a slight weight to them. You can feel the weight of them when you hold them in your hand. I didn't feel the weight when I had them inside, but I was laying down at the time.

I didn't feel them inside me. I used them during self play along with my bullet. I think the fact that they aren't big is probably the reason why I didn't feel them. These are my first kegel pair. I haven't tried them for kegel use as of yet, but I plan to at a later time.

I'm not sure if they are great for self play or intercourse, as this was my first time using them. They seem to do okay for kegel, but I believe the small size is a factor. I think I may try them again with lube and insert them before any activity to see if there is a different feeling.

The eggs are extremely easy to clean and care for. I washed them in cold water with antibacterial soap. I then let them air dry. I keep them inside the enclosed bag when I'm not using them. I haven't tried any lubes with me as I was wet enough to slide the eggs inside without lube. I find that water based lubes work best for me and don't disrupt the ph of my body. I've been prone to infections before and since using only water based lubes, I have not any any problems.

These eggs can be sterilized, by boiling them for a few moments or dipping them in hot water for a few moments. You can place them in the dishwasher, on the top rack. It maybe a good idea to place them in a dishwasher safe holder so they don't fall through the dishwasher racks. They can be washed using antibacterial soap or spray. The instructions say to use rubbing alcohol after you've washed them. You can let them air dry or dry them with a soft cloth.

It comes in a small, cute box. You can clearly see the eggs visible through the clear side of the box. It has a storage bag included. The bag seems a bit small for the eggs, but they fit in perfectly.

I had my first experience with my Dom using these this morning. They are cold going in and heat up quickly once they are inside. I didn't feel them heat up and after a minutes, I didn't even feel them in. It did take some time to get the second in as I felt it still somewhat hanging out of me.
