Feel difference from the first day.
Great for people who wants to strengthen pelvic muscles. Not only for young women who want to have better sex life, but also for women from middle age who have urinary incontinence problem.

Pros
The balls made me aware of pelvic muscles.
Cons
The tiny bump where the string is attached hurts when the balls sliding out.
I think the product is rather a pelvic muscle exercise tool than a toy, even if it is not a medical device. It doesn't give me pleasure when I wear it, but from the first day, I felt the difference. These balls made me aware of my pelvic muscles, and made me possible to isolate them to squeeze and tighten. When I was pregnant, nurses taught me Kegel exercise, but I wasn't sure whether I was using the right muscles.
Now with the Smart Balls, I exactly know where my pelvic muscles are, and how to squeeze and tighten them. Keep tightening pelvic muscles is habitual thing. It doesn't take a lot of effort, but need to know exactly where the muscles are located, and how to do it. The Smart Balls helped me to do that. Once I am aware of my pelvic muscles, I can exercise them even I am not using the balls.
The first day, I was only able to use the balls for one hour or so. They kept sliding down and partially coming out, when I tried to sit on a chair, pick up something from the floor, lift up something, etc. I went to bathroom several times to fix the position of the balls. But from the second use, my body quickly learned how to keep these balls inside, even though it slid down once during a 3-hour use.
During the time when I was using the balls, I didn't feel that much. I didn't feel discomfort if the balls were in the correct place. Just like when I was using a tampon. But every time I move, I feel a slight sensation of moving balls inside of the device. It's not exactly pleasurable, but fun feeling.
Only downside is if I don't tighten my pelvic muscles and try to hold the balls inside, they will slide down and the tip of the balls (where the string is attached) pokes inside of my lips. It hurts a little. The newer type of Smart Balls may solve this problem.

Thank you for viewing Smartballs – exerciser for vaginal muscles review page!
Have you noticed any difference in the muscles? Pleasant side effects?
I would add more info on the material, cleaning, and compatibility. Also, do you have to use lube to insert them? Size would be good, and did they fill you? Can they be sterilized?
Might want to include some care instructions and maybe even a guess about how often you'd think they might need to be used. For instance: Would one time be sufficient to teach you what muscles to isolate or would a few times provide more useful data? Size of the balls is an issue as well as MuffysPinguLove pointed out since EF does carry many many sizes and styles.
Otherwise it's a great start!
