Exercise With Balls
I absolutely love these exercise balls. They are great to strengthen the vaginal and PC muscles while you do other things. They are very easy to keep clean. I love that they are latex free and have no pores to get all crusty, in other words they are very smooth.

Pros
You can wear them while you do other things
Cons
The balls are a little big for someone who has never used vaginal balls
When I got these balls I was a little worried by their size, but after the initial insertion they fit perfectly. I was looking for some kind of kegel ball that would help strengthen the muscles of my vaginal walls and these did wonders. When I first saw them I didn't think they were the right ones but I’m glad I got them now. The initial insertion may be a little difficult but you can use a little of your favorite lube and they will slide right into place. You can leave them in for about an hour but I recommend taking them out after that and giving yourself a break for a little bit. You may forget that you have them in. You can do your house chores and just let the motion of you moving do the work for you.
These balls are latex free and hypoallergenic, and non-porous so they are fairly easy to clean. You can use your favorite toy cleaner or just warm soapy water. The “string” is more of a rubber band type thing and so far it is very sturdy. I have had them for going on four months I do believe and my “string” is still in place. The balls themselves are a little over 1 ½” around and there is a slight design on them, but it is smooth so it is very easy to clean as I said before. They are about 7 ¼” long, from tip of the first ball to the end of the second ball. These balls aren’t very heavy (to me) so I suggest these for beginners or for just a little fun.
In the box they come in there is also a booklet and some lube, the book shows some different product and I didn’t try the lube due to the fact that I am very sensitive and can only use certain lubes without pain. I was looking at a couple different sets before I bought this one and I can honestly say that I am happy with my choice. I may get different ones but I don’t think I will ever stop using this set. This was my first set and I’m hoping they won’t be my last because I like them so much. These balls come in a variety of colors, mine are pure black, they have pink/black, baby pink/white, black/white, violet/white, green/white, orange/white, magenta/orange, grape/white, turquoise/white, baby pink/magenta, pink/turquoise, and red/white. If you are a smaller women I suggest you try a smaller ball to start with, like I said a little earlier they are a little difficult to get in at first and if you are small you may not get them in without pain. That is the only down fall I see with them.
