Now, take a nice deep breath and totally relax the muscles in your vagina. As you exhale, squeeze and release your Kegel muscle, about 10 times, around the inserted Energie. Then, take another deep breath and exhale, relax your vagina and with your hand slowly insert the exerciser about an inch. Again squeeze and release the Kegel muscle about 10 times around the Energie. Keep repeating this until the exerciser is inserted as far as it feels comfortable. The exercise should feel like you're pulling the Energie up to your belly button. Be sure to do this with your muscles, and not use your hand to pull on the Energie. While doing this workout it helped me to sometimes just rest a minute or so in between the exercises. Use the Energie for about 10 minutes a day for the first 2 weeks. After that you can reduce it to whatever is a comfortable time for you to maintain vaginal health, strength and pleasure. After I finished the first 2 weeks, I used my Energie about 3 times a week for 10 minutes each time.

When you feel you have reached the tightness and strength you want with the large end, you can switch to the smaller end, and get an even more intense workout. The smaller bulb will mean you will need to squeeze your muscles harder to tighten them around the Energie. The heavier end, on the outside, will cause more weight resistance, tightening your muscles even more.

I personally would use this as only an exerciser. The Energie is heavy and stiff. If used as a dildo I think it could cause injury in the vagina if inserted too deep or too hard. It is definitely not safe for anal use, it has no flare at the end and is so stiff that it probably would cause injury.

This exerciser only takes a few minutes a day to use. If you use the Energie regularly, it will give you a noticeably stronger, healthier vagina in about as little as 2 weeks. I know it worked for me. After having 4 children, I used the Energie and my pelvic muscles felt tighter and my orgasms were as good as they were before having my children, maybe even better!

The Energie is a non-porous, plastic exerciser made of food-grade material. It is hypoallergenic, latex and phthalates free. The Energie feels very smooth to touch, except for a very slight, fine ridge that is on one side. The ridge can barely be felt with the hand and is not felt at all when inserted or when exercising with it. Because the Energie weighs about 1 pound, it feels a little heavy. This heaviness is what helps with the resistance in your workout. I don't feel that it is so heavy that it is uncomfortable when inserted or when you are using it. The Energie is very stiff and rigid and has no flexibility at all. The overall feel and weight of the Energie make it great for any women that wants to tone up her vaginal muscles.

I didn't notice any odor at all when I opened the Energie. I still do not notice any odor even after owning it for awhile.

It comes in a light green color, which I don't really like too much, but the color doesn't affect the Energie's great performance. I do hope someday they will offer it in a choice of colors.

I really like the design of this exerciser. The curved shape makes it easy to hold on to with your hand when you are inserting it. The different size bulbs on each end give you a great workout. One end has a large bulb which is easier to squeeze your vaginal muscles around. The other side has a slightly smaller bulb, which makes you need to squeeze your muscles harder and offers a more advanced workout. The large bulb is about 4 inches around. The small bulb is about 3 inches around. The bulbs on each end sort of give the Energie the look of a small barbell. I found that both the large and small ends were easy to insert and felt comfortable. It is 7 inches in length, with 6 of those inches being insertable. The design, with the weight, make for a terrific weight resistant workout. I found the Energie was great for toning up because you can start slowly with the large end and work your way up to the smaller end which provides a tighter muscle workout. No matter what reason you may have for using the Energie, this exerciser is great for any woman of any age.

The exerciser does weigh 1 pound and therefore I am not sure it would really be suitable for travel. If you did want to travel with it, it does come in a nice case that would make it somewhat discreet to pack. One word of caution though; "vaginal muscle trainer" is imprinted on the cover of the plastic case. So, if you would have any curious travelers with you, this would be something to take into consideration.

A great way to get a great workout! The weight of this exerciser is pretty evenly distributed, so it will give you a nice workout no matter which size bulb you are using. You can feel the weight offering the resistance as you squeeze your pelvic muscles around the bulb. The amount of resistance, along with the nice shape of the bulbs, will let you actually feel your muscles tone up as you are using it.

The Energie is easy to care for and requires very little maintenance. It has no batteries, so there is no need to worry about removing them when storing your exerciser. Just be sure to take a little extra care around the ridge to make sure you have cleaned it well. Because it has a smooth surface, drying the Energie is easy. Dry it with a towel and store it inside its case. It's that easy!

You can use any kind of lube you like with this exerciser. It is compatible with all of them! Cleaning the lube off is also just as easy as using soap and water or rubbing alcohol. If you do choose to use lube, it could make the exerciser slippery and hard to squeeze your muscles around. Just remember, because the exerciser is smooth, you may want to use your lube sparingly.

When you recieve your Energie it will come in a plastic case with a cardboard slipcover over it. This cardboard cover has a picture of the Energie and "Energie" printed on it. Also printed on the cover is some information on how to use the Energie. I think the cover looks very attractive and it can easily be slipped off and discarded. The plastic case comes with a lid, which goes on and comes off easily. I never have any problem with the lid just falling off. The only drawback to the case is that the lid has the words "vaginal muscle trainer" imprinted on it, so it is not completely discreet. The exerciser sits safely inside a cut out shaped just like the Energie. The nice plastic case makes the Energie convenient to keep in a drawer or under a bed for storage.

Easy to read instructions are included with the Energie. This instruction sheet is easy to understand and clearly explains how to use the Energie. I found this sheet very helpful, and I did refer back to it a couple of times when I was first learning to use the Energie.

I have tried many different ways to tighten up my pelvic muscles. I used Kegel balls, which I worried would fall out or get lost inside me.
