Use

I used the Glass Ben Wa balls to strengthen my kegel muscles. Insertion was a breeze. They were very slick so they slipped right in. You can use these balls at any time of the day to help strengthen your kegel muscles.

The balls are made from glass. This makes them very slick and cold when inserted. The glass material also makes them easy to clean. I like that you can use these in temperature play also.

Little did I know that I did not need them. After a couple of uses, it became very difficult to remove them because their glass material is very slippery. I haven't used them much after that. I wouldn't purchase them again, but they would be great for someone who needs kegel training.
