Aneros has come out with a very unique product for kegel exercise that is also supposed to provide some fun stimulation while doing your workout. Aneros claims that Evi will work for every woman and anatomy, but apparently, I'm not included in that category. Evi did not work for me, but she has amazing quality and packaging.

Pros
Good quality Nice packaging Exercises PC muscles No batteries
Evi is designed to give women a fun way to help develop and strengthen their pelvic floor muscles, which can aid in providing an overall better sexual experience. Strengthening your pelvic muscles gives you a stronger grip on your partner during intercourse and stronger orgasms. It's also beneficial for women who suffer from incontinence, or weak bladder, and women who have given birth and want to tighten up a little.
Evi is a solid form covered in a red, velvety smooth silicone. Silicone is a non-porous material and should not harbor any harmful bacteria if properly cleaned. There is no texture except for a light embossed Aneros logo on the side of the clitoral arm. The toy is totally rigid and has no give. This is how Evi is able to apply pressure to the G-spot and clitoris. The Evi has no taste or smell when opening the box for the first time. There is a little bit of drag on the silicone and she will want to collect lint, but it’s not the worst I've encountered. If you need a lubricant to help with insertion or just to make wear more comfortable, make sure to use water-based lubes. Silicone-based lubes can potentially interact with silicone toys and damage the finish.
Aneros designed Evi to be able to fit a woman’s anatomy perfectly. There is a bulb, a bit of a neck, and then a clitoral arm. The bulb portion is close to 2.5 inches long and has a diameter of 1.5 inches at the widest part. The neck is about 1 inch long and the clitoral arm extends out about 2 inches past where the neck is attached.
Evi is meant to be inserted vaginally so that the bulb fits snugly up against the G-spot. The neck then leads out of the vagina and the attached clitoral arm is supposed to fit up against the outside of the vagina and stimulate the clitoris.
There are no batteries or buttons. This toy is solely powered by the movements of your own body.
You can use this toy standing, sitting or lying down, you just need to find what works the best for you.
It’s easiest to insert while lying on your back. When you first insert it it’s nice to take a moment and get used to the sensation and Evi. You can take turns squeezing and releasing you PC muscles and feeling how your body responds to Evi. You can use this toy to when doing your usual Kegel exercises or start moving to have some fun.
You can rock your hips back and forth, front to back, in a hoola-hoop motion, etc. You can experiment with what produces the best stimulation for you. When you move your hips Evi will put pressure and rub on both your G-spot and clitoris.
Cleaning is super-easy because there are no electrical parts. Just clean the Evi with your favorite toy cleaner, soap and water or toy wipes. Because of the material you could also boil Evi or put her in the dishwasher to sanitize her.
I was really impressed with Evi's packaging. Evi comes in an outer box that is somewhat minimalistic and has a picture of Evi on the front. Inside this is another box that is a nice white box that has a lovely iridescent pattern on it. This box only says Aneros on the sides. It is very discreet and has no images on it. This box has two flaps that have magnetic closures. These flaps open and reveal a simple use pamphlet and then Evi nestled in a white plastic tray beneath. This box is great to store Evi in while you’re not using her.
I'm a huge lover of Kegel exercisers and have tried many different vaginal balls. When I heard about Evi was released I was absolutely stoked to try her out. She sounded like the Holy Grail of all Kegel toys. As soon as I saw she was available on Eden I scooped her up and couldn't wait for her to arrive.
Once Evi arrived I wanted to use her right away. I was a bit surprised I wasn’t getting more sensation right away but figured maybe I had to warm up a bit first. I could feel a tiny bit when I squeezed my PC muscles, but not much.
I adjusted Evi’s position and tried to see if maybe that was the issue and realized that it was.
I think the Evi would have worked better for me if it was about 3/4 of an inch shorter on the entire length. My G-spot is not that high up, so by the time the bulb is in the right place for my G-spot the clitoral arm is still hanging down too far away from my body. I could push the bulb up higher so the clitoral arm could actually be in place against my body but then the bulb inside is too high and no longer touching my G-spot.
I also think that the clitoral arm could be a bit longer because it only just reached my clitoris.
I also think for my anatomy that the clitoral arm needed to have upward curve instead of being straight. So instead of the whole length of the clitoral arm applying pressure, only the very tip of the arm would be in contact with my clitoris.
One other little discomfort I had is that if I was sitting down the neck between the bulb and the clitoral arm would get pressed hard against my pubic bone and pinch the skin in between.
Sadly for me Evi just did not work for my anatomy the way she is intended to.
On an interesting note, while I was wearing Evi and sitting down my husband decided to start playing with her. It turns out that with her rigidity Evi makes a nice G-spot dildo. Because of her arm it wouldn’t be the easiest to use a clitoral vibe at the same time, but it wouldn’t be impossible. And at a full price of $70 she’s a very expensive G-spot dildo.
Follow-up commentaryI still don't like it2 months after original review
I never got Evi to work for me the way she is supposed to. If Aneros decided to revamp the design and come out with an Evi 2.0 I think I would be interested in giving it a try if the shape looked like it would fit my body better. For now, I've decided to stick to using my Kegel balls because they’re much more comfortable and stimulating for me than Evi was.
