Decent G-spot stimulator but as a Kegel exerciser, Not Kona cut it..
Well designed to hit the G-spot but not to work kegel muscles. Still a very worthwhile investment in G-spot pleasure.

Pros
Silicone, satisfyingly bulbous head to hit the spot, convenient handle.
Cons
What Kegel exercise?
Packaging/ First Impression:
The Kona arrives in simple, clear plastic packaging. Free of any sexual imagery, on the front of the box it is described as the ‘KONA Vaginal Stimulator’. The back of the packaging has some information about the toy and details on how to use it aswell as having information about Dr. Laura Berman.
Seeing the Kona in person for the first time, I was surprised by the firmness of its silicone, perfect for applying pressure to the g-spot. Being made of silicone, it has a velvety finish like many silicone toys have. It is also surprisingly lightweight. The handle end of the toy is slim with grooves on each side for easy gripping, the dildo then tapers down to a slimmer middle and flares out once again to create a bulbous head for g-spot stimulation. Both the handle and the bulbous head feel very solid in the hand but the slimmer middle allows for a generous amount of movement.
Measurements:
Total Length: 7 Inches
Insertable Length: 5 Inches
Circumference: 4 ½ Inches
Diameter: 1 ½ Inches
In Use:
As with all silicone toys, I would recommend adding a water based lubricant before getting started with the Kona. Once a drop of lube is added to the dildos round head it actually makes a great clit rubbing toy. The heads shape naturally spreads your lips and exposes your clit with just a little rubbing back and forth, the well designed shape of the toys handle even means you can lie back and enjoy some pretty effortless clit stimulation. This makes a nice warm up before inserting the Kona g-spot dildo.
The round bulbous shape of the toys head feels great even upon initial insertion, giving quite a satisfying sensation of stretch before its slimmer middle is then inserted, making your muscles relax around the dildo. Before you have time to miss the filling sensation of the heads insertion, the feeling is then replaced with that of pressure on the g-spot. Short thrusts create an intense rubbing of the g-spot while longer thrusts actually combine a less frequent rubbing on the g-spot with a feeling of stretch around the entrance of the vagina. As much as I love the amount of g-spot stimulation and pressure gained from short thrusts, it is the feeling of g-spot pressure mixed with that teasing stretch that brings me over the edge.
As far as the Kona being a kegel exerciser: I really don’t feel this working kegel muscles during use, the head of the Kona is bulbous but not to a point where it resembles an actual kegel exerciser. When I purchased the Kona I intended on using it as a g-spot toy and while I’m glad that it didn’t disappoint on that front, I wouldn’t have high expectations of improving kegel muscles with the Kona.
In Summary:
With its pleasant beginner friendly appearance and size, the Kona dildo makes a great g-spot investment for beginners and more experienced players alike. Both the firmness and shape of its bulbous head work well for applying pressure where needed. If you really want your breath taken away, alternate between short rapid thrusts and longer thrusts.
Material/ Care:
Made of Silicone, the Kona g-spot dildo is both Latex and Phthalates free, silicone is completely non-porous meaning that it can be fully disinfected by boiling it for 3 minutes or by throwing it into the top rack of your dishwasher or it can be simply washed after use with warm soapy water or specialized toy cleaner, it is generally believed that silicone based lubricants should not be used with silicone toys. I would recommend always using a water-based lubricant with the Kona g-spot dildo.
