First Impressions
The first thing I thought when I saw Dark Desire by Satisfyer is how chic the rose gold accents are! Rose gold is my favorite color, and in contrast to the black, I thought the color combination looked absolutely stunning.

Dark Desire is presented in a small purple box that contains a USB magnetic charging cable, a multi-lingual quick start guide, and some safety information.

What's Inside


Dark Desire is part of Satisfyer's "Lay-on" collection and is advertised as being one of the "ultimate pleasure tools for intense clitoral stimulation". Dark Desire is the newest addition to my personal collection of Satisfyer's "Lay-on" vibrators. I'd say Dark desire comes in third place behind Little Wand and White Temptation. Size & Material
Dark Desire measures 3 3/4" and weighs just under 6 oz. It's made of ABS plastic and silicone and is compatible with water-based lubricants. It is a little bigger and heavier than I had expected, but it is still compact enough to slip into your handbag. The high-quality body-safe silicone soft to the touch, and the broad grooved surface provides extra stimulation. Dark Desire is great for clit teasing, but the resonating vibration is suitable for just about anywhere on the body for solo play or mutual massage. With an IPX7 rating, Dark Desire is waterproof for bathtime fun!

Groovy Texture


Function & Controls
Dark Desire has 15 vibration modes with 5 speeds and 10 pulsating and escalating rhythms. It takes up to 3.5 hours to charge, and the motor lasts for up to 50 minutes of fun. The motor is strong but maybe a little noisy for those who are concerned about others hearing through closed doors. To switch the toy on, simply long-press on the (+) button for a few seconds. Short press the (+) button to scroll through the different vibration modes or press the (-) button to return to the previous setting.

Care & Maintenance
Dark Desire can require extra effort to clean in between all the grooves. I haven't found an easy way to clean this toy thoroughly, but have been using my favorite toy cleaner in between uses to prevent bacterial growth. The toy stores well in the box it came in.
