Cute, but...
Easy removal but if you have a small garage, this car will be a tight fit and that pointy nipple the string's attached to can bite. Three stars mainly because they're easy to clean.

Pros
Cute, easy to clean, no metal plate to chip, no ding-ding noise
Cons
Too large, pointed tip can get painful, audible clunk that felt like air bubbles.
I've used the old school ben-wa balls in the past. I thought I'd try these because there's no plating to flake or chip. I had a hysterectomy years ago. Without a uterus and cervix to push down with, removing loose balls involves a lot of poking and one instance where I thought I'd have to make an ER trip to remove it. Since these girls (boys?) have a loop to pull and are connected, I thought I'd give these a shot.
They're cute and easy to clean but I had issues. First they didn't want to go in, they are thick and the shape and bendyness makes insertion a bit rough. If you've ever forgotten to pull the old tampon out while changing it for a new one or else tried the trick of two tampons at once for extra protection, it's that same kind of awkward "I can't get it in, what the?" I figured lube and patience was the key and I could get them in while lying on my back and nudging them around. Problem was I have a short vagina and the pointed tip would poke out, which was painful. Pushing it back in helped for a little while but the something would shift it. If it were a half-inch shorter I might not have this problem, or maybe it was the pointy tip.
While I could make some percussion doing Kegels and abdominal exercises, the balls had more of a bubble feel which made me think I had a really bad and annoying case of the cuifs. Ew. I heard them make clunking noises frequently-- not loud but my hearing's above average so maybe it was just me. Not as noisy as the rin-no-tama/ben-wa jingle but it made me wonder if other people could hear it. One amusing note: I scared a couple of my cats while wearing these. They were arching their backs and fluffing their tails at apparently nothing-- then they'd look at me like I was going to shoot lasers from my eyes. It took me a bit to figure out that if I can hear the balls rattle, they really can!
Much as I don't like pink toys, I think I'll try the Teneo line- no pointed tip at the end.
