The only thing I used the First time fetish nipple teasers for is as a nipple clamp. It worked great on me, or when I used them on my fiancé and we both enjoyed them thoroughly. This product would be best for beginners.

The clamp and chain are made of metal with a soft PVC cover over the end of the clamp. The metal can be hot or cold depending on where the clamps are left. We put them in the freezer for a short amount of time which made the play very fun. The material does not stretch and the chain will break if pulled on too hard. The metal is very smooth, as are the clamp covers. They did not hurt when used and pulled on.
