The Whisper Harmony can be enjoyed by anyone who prefers light, buzzy and fast vibrations. It is a wonderful starter vibrator for those new to toy use that are still experimenting with vibration style and strength. The non-realistic shape, pastel color and size makes it less intimidating than many other vibrators on the market.

Do you enjoy playing with toys in the tub or shower? The Harmony works well in water. The water does muffle the sound a little and the buzzy, surface vibrations swirl the water around the area of the vibrator, adding to the sensual experience and erotic sensations.

Do NOT use this anally, there is no stopper to keep it from sliding all the way in--once that happens, it is an embarrassing trip to the ER for removal. The Harmony is a smooth, rigid plastic vibrator with no texture. The smooth glide of the plastic against your skin has a minimal drag, but a bit of lube is still recommended to prevent irritation form the vibrations. Once lube is applied, it will be very slippery, you will want to remove any that ends up on the base to prevent the Harmony from slipping out of your fingers.

Plastic is rated at an 8 on the material safety scale. It may get small scratches and surface blemishes which can create places for bacteria to harbor. Make sure if you notice any of these blemishes that you take extra time in leaning these areas.

There was no smell or taste to the plastic. I recommend washing prior to use to remove all dust and other impurities from the material before using it in your intimate areas.

The smaller size and rounded, gradual diameter changes makes this a fun toy that is not intimidating for new users. It is 6 1/8" long and is insertable to about 5". The diameter at the tip and lower shaft is 1" and the bulge is 1 1/2" diameter. This reminds me of the shape of a pregnant pistol bullet...

The Harmony works very well in the tub and shower. The water helps mask the noise a little bit and the buzzier vibrations actually travel well and swirls the water to add to the pleasurable sensations. I have made this one of my water items and removed it from the bedroom completely. I am looking forward to trying this out in the shallow area of the lake with my husband. We do have a lot of fun when fishing at the mountain lakes while we are waiting for the fish to bite, and since there are rarely ever others around we know we will be undisturbed.

This is a very good size, material and buzzy vibration for new users to experiment with while they learn their own preferences. It can be fun for intermediate and advanced users, but only if they are super sensitive to lighter vibrations, enjoy tub/shower/water toys or use it for massages. The lack of options may be boring to those with more advanced items and tastes.

The base unscrews to access the battery compartment. Add 2 AAA batteries, replace the base and your Whisper Harmony is ready to sing. To start the vibrations, you must press in on the small push button found at the bottom of the base. Their are only three steady vibrations: Low, Medium and High. You must cycle through to turn off the Harmony.

The vibrations are very fast, light and buzzy. These work great for surface vibrations but there is no penetrating depth to the vibrations. I also found that if it hits the pubic bone it leaves a tingling, awkward, pain behind for a few seconds.

The low vibration is about the same noise level as a bullet, while the medium and high are very loud, especially for the smaller size of this vibrator. I would not recommend it for roommate situations--unless you know they are not home!

Since the Harmony is waterproof, this little vibrator is a breeze to clean! Wash it thoroughly in warm, soapy water and rinse very well. You can dry it with a cloth. I always go back over my cleaned toys with a sanitizing toy cleaner to ensure my personal safety.

Store this with other plastic items or in a toy pouch, the original clamshell packaging or in a makeup/shaving bag. Traveling is simple as long as you remove the batteries first--you do not want your vibrating travel bag telling on you!

You can use silicone lube when using this in water or oil and water based lubes any other time. I prefer water based lubes due to the easy cleanup. This does work well with massage oils and the tip gets some of the smaller areas to reach more of the knotted muscles.

The Whisper Harmony is packaged in a formed, clear, plastic clamshell and has a paper insert with minimal instructions. You can use this for storage if you choose.
