I was expecting this toy to be much smaller. The "mouth" of the toy enfolds all of my inner lips & some of my outer lips. The vibrations are relatively mild, but the fact that you can continue to pump the toy helps stimulate. Some others had trouble keeping this toy in place, but I found that lubricant helps create the initial seal. The three "fingers" inside of the mouth help to pinpoint the vibrations from the bullet attached.
