Better of getting the "Dukes" set
You're better off purchasing a Kegel exercise product that has a better material make up, more flexibility, and more variety.

Smartballs are made out of a hard latex-y material which doesn’t give you much "buffer space" between your sensitive lady parts and the hard weights inside. The space between the two weights is thin, and rather stiff, making insertion uncomfortable, as well as simple tasks like sitting down. The removal of them isn't exactly peachy-feeling either, they don't come out smoothly.
I’m not a fan of the removal cord. The cord feels waxed, and after multiple uses, it wears down, and the chord can harbor bacteria (virtually impossible to get cleaned... NOT something you want in or even around your lady parts). No matter what products you buy to clean that cord, no matter how many times after use you clean and scrub... the bacteria will NEVER be completely removed from the cord, making it unsuitable for re-use without putting yourself at risk of infection.
For those who are new to using weights, this is really not the product to start out with. They won’t leave you with a positive experience. If you find yourself thinking that you'd "have to get used to it" then you don't want to be using the product. Kegel weights should be effortlessly comfortable to wear; your focus should be on KEEPING THEM IN... NOT forgetting they're there. Also, if you are looking for a weight system that will grow and change with your needs this weight set only comes with one weight, so they are not going to challenge you once your muscles are strong enough to keep them in.
Smartballs DO serve their purpose, YES, you can wear them around the house, or out dancing, or during foreplay. I will not say that they don't. But between their lack of flexibility, hard material, cheaply made cord, they are NOT my first choice by any means. There are several products out there that surpass this product by strides.

Experience
I own several sets of Kegel weights (because I love my vagina, and one is NEVER enough) these are my least favorite out of all the sets. They aren't very comfortable, which would be an important factor to anyone who is new to using weights. A positive first experience is necessary to continue to WANT to use the weights to serve their purpose. (If it doesn't feel nice, why do it? Right?)
