When I was first looking at this toy, I was really confused about its use so I did some research on it. Soon I found out that these balls are used for the main purpose of strengthening the vaginal muscles, therefore making you tighter. I think anyone can agree that is what most girls want. So not only are you tightening, you are also getting a sensational vibration feeling as you walk around doing everyday stuff.

These balls are about half an inch in diameter and a golden color. They weigh about half a pound together. They are cased in a gorgeous clear plastic case with a velvet lip looking pad for them to lay on. The case is heavy duty so even dropping it shouldn't cause harm.

Using these balls is very easy. All you do is remove them from the case and insert them in the vagina. (WARNING: THESE BALLS SHOULD NEVER BE USED ANALLY!) After that all you do is put your clothes on, or not, and carry on with your day.

I have used these balls while I've gone shopping, cleaned, walked my dog, etc. As long as you aren't going out in a skirt and thong, you are fine. They do tend to fall out sometimes, but are easily placed back in (sometimes the clinging can get embarrassing if its quiet around you.) These balls do not need use of lube for insertion however, if you tend to be less moist then most women, a water based lube is recommended. Cleaning these are very simple. Soap and water can be used to clean these. Alcohol can also be used.

I do not have any complaints about these balls except they do scratch easily. Other then that, they are AMAZING! If you do choose to buy these I think you will be greatly satisfied.

If you like TEMPERATURE STIMULATION, these are also great. They can be put in the freezer or in hot water to warm or cool them.

Overall, my experience with these balls was amazing. I had a great time. I would recommend these to anyone.

These balls are still for everyday use and have made me tighter then I have been for a while. I still say anyone should get these.
