Ben blah balls
I don't feel like I wasted my money, and I would recommend these vaginal balls to a friend that hasn't used this sort of product before. Personally though, I'm not sure if I like them. I am going to give them some more chances, though, while finding a set that are suited to my smaller size.

Pros
Cute leopard print and comfortable.
Cons
The vinyl cord can't be completely sanitized.
This was my first time using any sort of vaginal balls, and this set fell short of what I was expecting. I was excited to order them. Since I had never used any before, I did a little research. The basic concept of vaginal balls is to exercise the Kegel muscles by holding in the weighted balls.
When I got my set, I tried them out right away. I used a little lube to insert them, and they went right in. They were a tad difficult to insert for me, but I am a small person. The balls didn't slide down after insertion, and they stayed in place. This lead me to believe they might be too big for someone who is on the smaller side. I left them in and did some muscle tightening to see how they felt. Vaginal balls can be used during intercourse and foreplay, but I did not try this. They felt too big to have them in along with anything else in there, and I didn't want to do something potentially painful to myself. I don't recommend using the Duotone balls for anal use--there isn't anything stopping them from "disappearing" unless you are holding the cord. These balls weren't so big they were uncomfortable, but I wished they were a little smaller or a little heavier for my own benefit. They do have a good weight to them; they aren't outrageously heavy, but do weigh 4 ounces. The weights are free-floating in the plastic balls, so they do make a sort of muffled clunking sound. I used them in a quiet house and could hear them well. I think they would be acceptable to use in a public setting of average sound level, such as a grocery store or a restaurant.
These Duotone balls are made of smooth, phthalates-free, non-porous plastic, and are held together with a braided, vinyl cord. The weights inside the balls are made of metal. There is a seam on each ball, but I couldn't feel them while inserting them or while in use. Clean-up is easy with these balls; you can simply use some soap and water. Make sure you get all of the soap out of the cord, though, to avoid irritation or infections. The cord cannot be completely sanitized; it is slightly absorbent of vaginal fluids.

Follow-up commentary

I've pretty much given up on these duotone balls. I really wanted to like them, but they do nothing for me. That's not to say they won't work better for someone else, though. I don't like the clunking sound they produce either; it got annoying.
