This isn't your typical external vibrator; Bcurious is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. The strong vibrations that come from the tip of Bcurious is perfect for clitoral stimulation (which is what it is made for) but also due to its shape it feels wonderful when I used it around and on my labia, and even though it's an external vibrator I like to slip about an inch of it vaginally just as a tease and a way to get my juices flowing. Bcurious is made with hard polycarbonate plastic wrapped with velvety soft silicone. When I got Bcurious and took it out of the box I did sniff it (yes I know I'm a goofball) and it pretty much had no smell to it, unlike that strong smell you can sometimes get with silicone toys. Bcurious is a little over 4in long and 2in wide at its widest, comes in only one color combination; black with a fuchsia strip around it lengthwise, which in my opinion work well together. The design on a whole is very discreet, enough so that I can leave it out in my room and not worry if my roommate comes in and see's it. Unless someone starts playing with it and turns it on they really don't know what it is. Also it comes with its own carrying pouch which makes keeping it clean while stowing it a breeze.

Since Bcurious is a wonderful combination of waterproof and rechargeable it has a little tab/plug on the side that lifts out so you can plug in the charger, when not charging it plugs the hole so water won’t get in. It’s a snug fit and since I have really short fingernails it’s a bit of a struggle to get the stopper out enough to plug Bcurious in for its charging. The shape is perfect for single hand holding, the butt of the toy nestles nicely in the palm of my hand while the groove on the top is just right to rest my finger on, it curves enough that I can cup my mound and let it rest on my clit, that is my favorite position for it but there are tons of other ways to hold it, it’s just a matter of whatever feels right for the holder.

The only real problem I have with the design is the top seam where the band of fuchsia meets the black body; it leaves a hardly noticeable gap. However I've found that while using Bcurious if I move it wrong it does scratch because of that gap, not badly enough to cause any damage just enough to irritate, it’s kind of like getting scratched by a very short fingernail, it’s not enough to even raise a welt but on a part of the body as sensitive as the clit it’s not pleasurable to me, but as long as I make sure not to move it that way there is no problem.

Bcurious is a wonderful rechargeable vibrator that comes with seven different and equally wonderful functions. It takes about two hours to fully charge and for mine has just a little over two hours of life in it before needed to be charged again. You turn it on by the control on the butt of the toy, one click on the on button and it the LED light around the control will turn blue; to cycle through the settings/functions you press the only other button directly below the on/off button. It took me just a little while to get used to the placement of the controls, at first I kept hitting the on/off button or accidentally changing the speed, it was just a slight learning curve. The first three settings are the basic vibration settings, soft...medium...and hard, after that the real fun starts. You have one escalating setting which goes from very soft to its hardest vibration, with a quick pause at the end before it starts it up again. Then there is the three pulsating vibrations, the first two are just a hard pulses at different speeds and the last is three short pulses and one long, I like to call this the Morse code setting and it’s my favorite setting to tease myself with. Even with all the settings Bcurious is very quiet, actually makes less noise then one of my cheap bullet vibrators on high.

Bcurious is waterproof, I had to read it a few times on the box just to reassure myself, I was a little worried that all that stopped water from getting in was the tab stopper on the side but I took the plunge so to speak. I took Bcurious with me while taking a bath, at first I was very cautious to only let the tip get wet, but after losing myself to sensation and having a very good orgasm I realized that the whole thing ended up getting wet, all I had to do was clean it and dry it once done and it still works just fine. So if you are worried or cautious about having some fun in the water with this little beauty, don't worry as long as the plug is firmly covering the charging hole, everything will be just fine.

Bcurious is very easy to care for, cleaning is a breeze, I just use gentle antibacterial soap and a soft towel to pat it dry, every time I'm done playing with it. Since it already came with a small cloth caring pouch I just put it back in it and then stow it in a drawer until I need it again. It’s safe for all lubes but the instruction pamphlet warns to not use massage oil, lotion, or cleaners that contain alcohol, petrol, or acetone with it.

This is my first high quality toy, it took a bit of time to talk myself into even getting Bcurious, I know the price isn't that bad when it comes to a rechargeable good quality vibrators but I mostly buy cheap (ones that break quickly) and inexpensive (takes a licking and keeps ticking) toys and then just spend a fortune in batteries and replacements.
