I felt that the shape of Lucid Dream No. 14 was working against me, rather than with me. You could use the more pointed end of the tip for concentrated G-spot pressure, or the flat wide side for a more general sensation. I personally had trouble getting the spot just right with this vibe, as some G-spot toys work better for some, more than for others. Although you may get the curved, bean shaped tip of this toy where you need it to be, it fails to deliver the power needed to get the job done.




The bullet that is embedded in the tip is so muted by the rest of the toy, the vibrations can't carry any sort of power to the surface. It is quiet and has an easy rumble to it, but it isn't a powerhouse. As far as Jelly toys go, this one is quite firm, with very little squish. It doesn't have a good shape for thrusting, so if that's what you're looking for in a vibe, this isn't the one for you.

The No. 14 is a PVC (Jelly) toy, so it is porous. If you intend to share the toy, or you would like to ensure it doesn't collect bacteria, you should cover it with a condom. You cannot boil or sterilize this toy, so it isn't the safest of materials for a sex toy. You can wash it with mild soap and water or use a toy cleaner. It is safe to use your favorite water or silicone based lubes with this toy.

This toy collects hair, dust, fuzzies, etc. It has a slightly sticky feel and a VERY strong smell that doesn't seem to ever fade away. It gave me a headache, and even having it sit next to the bed, the smell was bothersome. The surface of the toy is very smooth, with no bumps or ridges.

The controls on this toy worked well and were designed well. It has a multi-speed wheel, so you can adjust it to suit your needs. The wheel is located at the base of the toy, where you insert the batteries. It isn't loud and could be used without alerting everyone in the house. It is waterproof, and I have used it in the shower with no issues. It runs on 2 AA batteries, and it seems to go through them pretty quickly compared to other vibes I've owned.

It came packaged in a plastic box that wasn't suitable for storing the toy, with basic instructions on care and cleaning. The No. 14 is yet another member of the Lucid Dream team that I don't like. The lack of power, poor design and porous material conspire to make this toy a poor choice. It has been packed away and I'll most likely throw it away. I never use it, as it just doesn't do the job.
