Almost the "Pefect Vibe" - Almost
The Climax Silicone EZ Bend Ripple Shaft vibrator is one of a new line of body-friendly silicone products from Topco. With its high power vibrations, relatively quiet motor, flexible shaft, smooth 100% silicone covering, and good battery life it is almost the perfect vibrator.

Pros
Quiet, strong vibrations, very flexible, 100% silicone.
Cons
Not actually waterproof (?), Rechargeable batteries don't fit well.
The Climax Silicone EZ Bend Ripple Shaft comes in a rather plain plastic package with a lot of useful information, although it states states you can boil silicone to sanitize it. While this is technically correct, I do not recommend boiling the EZ Bend Ripple as it does have a motor. If you must sanitize it, you can wipe it down with a 10% bleach solution. For daily cleaning, soap and warm water are best – just be sure to get in all of the crevices to clean out any “fun juice” that may have accumulated there. There is also a small, satin, drawstring storage bag included. I recommend you use the provided storage pouch or some other method to store this so that it doesn't touch your other toys to preserve its surface texture.
The silicone of this vibe has a smooth silky finish which doesn't really attract lint, as most silicone products do. You should only use water-based lube with this toy as silicone lube could interact with it, causing the silicone to disfigure or become sticky.
While this vibe bends (up to almost 90 degrees), it does not hold its position. The bending can be very useful, as you can push it against your body in many ways comfortably. Because of the flexibility, I think this would be a good vibe to let your partner use on you. (Potentially helping to keep your partner from hitting the wrong places.)
There are 4 pronounced ridges on the EZ Bend Ripple, one just below the rounded head, and then 3 more a little bit down the shaft. These are felt during use, but in a subtle reminder way – rather than roughly. I have found this vibe to be great with battery life. Remember, you should take your batteries out of your toys when they aren't in use.
The EZ Bend Ripple vibrates in the tip (top) of the vibrator with surprisingly strong vibrations that are very quiet given their strength. I am fairly sure you could use the vibrator under your covers, on full blast, without anyone outside your bedroom knowing the fun you are having. The vibrations do not travel down the vibrator, instead stopping at the bottom rippled area when the vibe is on high. There are about 5 distinct levels of vibration.
It is one of the most powerful vibrators I have ever tried and makes a great clit stimulator as well. I was able to stimulate my g-spot with this, but it isn't really the type of g-spot stimulation that I enjoy, although others may.
The vibrations are controlled by a dial base at the end of the toy which can be frustrating. There is no grip material on the dial, and when this toy gets slippery, it becomes too easy to slip the dial and change the vibration level.
From everything I read about this toy, including the packaging, the EZ Bend Ripple is supposed to be waterproof. The one I received it not waterproof at all, even during cleaning. The base secures to the body of it with a half-turn (rather than twisting tight.) There is a small rubberish o-ring, but it isn't nearly thick enough to protect the battery compartment.
The batteries go into the bottom of the vibrator by untwisting the cap. I found that rechargeable batteries did not fit well in the battery case, although standard batteries did.
If this vibe were actually waterproof, I would give it 5/5 stars as an all-around “perfect” vibrator for most people. I only gave it 4 because, well, don't we all agree a perfect vibe should go in the shower and bath?

Follow-up commentary

I still like this vibe quite a bit. It still works well and is still quiet. I have kept it out of water and still think it is not actually waterproof, but is splashproof at best.
