These are the new wave of vaginal exercise balls, and I must say that they are definitely improved from the older slick styles. I think that anyone that has a vagina should try these. They do look big and a little scary, but just use a little water based lube (by the way a small amount of Fun Factory lube comes in the box) and give them a spin.

These are made from silicone which is a huge plus; one of the safest materials out there. But since they are silicone, be sure to remember that you can only use a water based lube with these.

Maybe I'm weird or paranoid but I always feel that when I leave silicone inserted in me, that there is an odd light odor on the toy after which is gone as soon as I wash it.

They have a very slight raised design. I am not sure if that is supposed to help them stay in and be less slick, or just for looks but once they are inserted you cannot feel the texture at all.

I like that unlike traditional balls these are a little larger and held together with a short silicone attachment. They also have a grooved little area for your finger on the bottom of the last ball. I like that and it helps with insertion especially when using lube.

I have mixed feelings about the silicone string-like hoop that is attached at the bottom. It makes pulling them out an easy task, but once they are in it is still just hanging out of you and can be an odd feeling.

The length is 7.25", circumference is 4.75", Diameter is 1.5", and a total weight of 0.3lbs.

They also have an inner ball that rattles around to add a little reminder that they are there. It isn't a strong vibration but yet a subtle, "Hi I’m here, don't forget to use me".

I like that they are not super slick and that for the most part they stay in place. They are so much better than the glass or other slick smaller balls. I have been using these for a few weeks now, and I can tell a big difference in my vaginal muscles. Not only do I feel tighter, I can also squeeze him harder during sex.

Since these are silicone, they can last you a very long time if you take your time and care for them the right way. After washing and drying you could use the original box that they came in. I usually keep all of my smaller items in separate little baggies after I am done cleaning them.

There are a few cleaning options for these. You can put them in your dishwasher, boil them, and they are also bleachable (I haven't tried that but I would suggest diluting 1 part bleach to 10 parts water and rinsing very well).

These come in a nice little box that has a magnetic flap which opens like a book so you can see inside. When opened from the top you can slide out a plastic clear "case" that you could use to store them in if you wanted.

Inside is a small sample size of Fun Factory lube and a direction sheet. It did take me a minute to find directions in my language, since there are so many on the sheet! Honestly though these are so easy to use that you really do not need to read the directions pamphlet.

Almost every time I use these I get pretty wet all on my own. Not like it makes my panties wet, but definitely noticeable. They are a great fun way to work on your vaginal muscles and you can even tease your partner by letting them know that you are enjoying every minute of your workout!
