Not bad for a novelty
Overall this is a okay toy. The vibrations are pretty moderate for using watch batteries, and its pretty inexpensive. Just make sure you keep the batteries fresh in this one!

Pros
small, quiet, reliable
Cons
not great on batteries, hard to clean.
Many of you, like myself, are pretty wary of these novelty design toys. I bought this because despite this wariness I am a sucker for cuteness and a couple of my friends said it wasn't too bad. I found myself quite pleasantly surprised with this toy. While is it not my favorite compared to some of my more practical vibrators, I don't have many complaints about this toy.
The design is pretty clever. The bottom leaf part snaps open and it runs off of watch batteries. This is the only watch battery vibrator I've had that wasn't a piece of garbage. I was happily surprised. You twist that top colored piece to turn it on. Pretty neat.
The petals are removable. To be quite honest they don't really serve much of a purpose other than to look nice. I'm sure some people prefer it with the petals on for a broader vibration arera but I didn't find it necessary. I always took them off when using it. The main body is a hard plastic and the petals are soft rubber and have a little bit of an odor, as rubbery substances tends to do. The petals purpose for me was to make it look discreet. You could leave the Flower Power vibrator|Flower power massager out just about anywhere and no one will suspect a thing.
The vibrations were not incredibly strong but not bad at all considering it ran off of watch batteries. What I did notice is that it was much stronger the first two or so times off fresh batteries and then slowly trails off after about 2 or so 20 minute uses. It only has one speed which is pretty typical of novelty toys.
It was pretty quiet, but by no means silent. Most of its quietness was due to the fact that the vibrations aren't super strong. I don't mean to knock the vibrations though, the Flower Power vibrator has brought me to orgasm time and time again. The little nubs are the main bulb are pretty great and very effective. They feel great against the clitoris. I would not really recommend this for vaginal use since it has an awkward shape for such a purpose and is hard to clean since it isn't waterproof. I also don't recommend this for anal use. The stem is pretty thin so I would worry it potentially snapping inside of an anus. To clean this I mostly used a damp and soapy cloth since I couldn't run it under water.

Novelty vibes don't tend to fare to well with me. Thanks for the review!
-
I usually feel the same but this one wasn't half bad!

You can take the petals off?! That blows my mind. Well, I guess they realized how impractical they were..

Aw, this is a cute one I don't tend to like novelty toys either but for someone that needs a discreet vibrator this sounds like a pretty solid option. Good review.

You could always store it in a vase and nobody would ever know
-
Haha. I would sometimes leave it on my desk and no one would notice.
