The Flaming Amour Silicone Pearl Bunny is an excellent solo toy, although couples might enjoy using it for watching games Creative couples might even incorporate this toy into double penetration play, or she can use it while performing oral sex. This bunny vibe is made of high quality fuschia silicone and firm plastic on the control panel. The control panel is textured with designs, so it's easy to hold onto even when slick with lube. The bottom of the vibe twists off to reveal a compartment for batteries, although the lid can be difficult to grab and twist.

The vibe smells mostly neutral upon removal from package, just the way high quality silicone should. Silicone is hypoallergenic, non-toxic, non-porous, and phthalate-free. The silicone is smooth and warms to body temperature.

The Flaming Amour Silicone Pearl Bunny has a moderately sized shaft with ridges and a tilted bulge at the tip for G-spot stimulation. There is also a clitoral attachment with a soft, flexible tip that carries the vibrations. The size is filling but comfortable, just a bit larger than average. Most users should be able to take the full girth with no discomfort. The ridges weren't particularly noticeable, but the angled bulge was a nice addition. It provides some truly amazing stimulation, once you find your rhythm.

Visually, the vibe straddles the line between stereotypical sex toy and the brightly colored modern art toys. It's definitely a sex toy, and most people will be able to tell it's one. However, it does give off an air of luxury with its quality materials and solid design. It's a fun rabbit vibe that even the most sophisticated collector shouldn't be ashamed to have in their toy box.

The toy is not especially discreet or suitable for travel, but removing the batteries will prevent any embarrassing vibrations from your carry-on luggage.

The toy has two pairs of buttons: one pair controls the rotating shaft, and one pair controls the clitoral vibe. The buttons were easy to use when desired and easy to avoid when thrusting or otherwise finagling. The clitoral vibe cycles through different intensities, while the shaft movement reverses and cycles through different patterns.

The clitoral vibe doesn't actually extend through the end of the soft silicone that reaches the clitoris, so vibrations were a bit weak. It took some maneuvering to get enough stimulation. The shaft movement was actually quite distracting, especially with the weak clitoral vibrations, and results seemed to be better using only the clitoral stimulation. With some adjusting, it was eventually possible to find the ideal spot for clitoral and G-spot stimulation. This toy might be fabulous for users with sensitive clits.

The most frustrating aspect of this toy was its use of batteries. In addition to being detrimental to the environment, batteries can be costly and inconvenient over the life of the toy. On a superficial level, the use of batteries also sometimes gives the impression of cheapness. Although the Flaming Amour Silicone Pearl Bunny is clearly an extremely well-made toy, its unfortunate reliance on batteries detracts from the luxury it otherwise emanates. In 2016, it's surprising when any device requires regular battery replacements. However, if you can overlook that small detail, the toy functions beautifully.

Silicone is generally a safe and low maintenance material, but it should never be used with silicone lube. Although silicone dildos can be boiled or stuck in the dishwasher to sanitize them, the plastic controls and electronic components make that unfeasible for this vibe. Plain soap and water should be sufficient most of the time, provided you're not sharing the toy with a partner. For more advanced sanitation, consider soaking it in a 10% bleach/90% water solution.

Note that storing this toy with other silicone toys may result in the toys melting together. To prevent this, keep toys separated by compartments or by storing them in cloth pouches or plastic bags.

The Flaming Amour Silicone Pearl Bunny came in frustrating blister packaging. There were minimal instructions, but enough to figure out how to get the batteries in. The packaging had to be discarded upon opening--no chance of reusing it for storage. This vibe uses batteries but does NOT include them, so make sure to put some in your cart before checkout!

I prefer a medium amount of clitoral stimulation, and this vibe was just right for me at its max setting. It would probably also suit people who like even less stimulation. However, I'm not sure it would satisfy people who need a Hitachi Magic Wand to get the job done.
