Shane's Worls Sorority party vibes are neon, small, and cute vibes that lack in power. They are waterproof, but they heat up fast underwater. This is not the vibe for me, but it does do its job.

Pros
Great color choices, small, cute, and easy to use.
Shane's world Sorority party vibes nooner is a traditional vibrator. Traditional vibrators can be used to be inserted vaginally, as a clitoral vibe, around the penis, and around the nipples. They are not recommended to be inserted anally since they tend to not have a flared base or a bulbed end that is large enough to stop the anal cavity from sucking it inside, however some will ignore this warning any try anyhow, so if you do be sure to keep a good grip on the toy.
Like most traditional vibrators they are very beginner friendly. They can be used for many different uses and tend to be perfect in size for beginners. However I think that this vibe is fairly weak, noisy, and overall not worth it. There are better options out there for beginners.
This toy can easily be used solo or with a partner on any appropriate area.
The vibrator is made out of ABS plastic with a PU coat. This is velvety smooth to the touch. The safety rating is a 7 for ABS plastic with PU coat, but it is phthaltes free, latex free, and non porous. The material is hypo-allergenic, for those with allergies. There is no taste or smell with this material.
There is no added texture to the shaft, it is just velvety smooth.
This vibe is available in green, pink, and purple, which are neon colors and are very vibrant. I was very drawn to the green, since there are not many green toys available. The vibe is 6" long, but only 4.75" is insertable, since the rest of the toy is the battery cap. The top of the toy is tapered for easy insertion and the entire shaft is 3" in circumference (just under 1" diameter); the product page says 3.25" but mine is not that size I checked multiple times. The battery cap is separated by a rubber band to protect water from getting inside. After this is a silver painted piece of plastic with a twist dial at the bottom, that is green. The twist dial has a cone shaped piece of plastic up on the metal piece, which is almost like a clip on a pen, but this does not allow you to slide it onto something. The twist dial also has indented holes for finger placement and easy turning. Inside the battery unit is another piece of plastic to insure proper battery placement.
The toy is sleek and slender, which is great for being easy to hide, but it just too small for inserting; for my tastes. This toy is not discreet, so be sure to store it properly. I think the size is great for beginners and those who like smaller vibes. The size of the toy will not get in the way during intercourse or any other partner play.
Powered by one AA battery which slides inside the battery unit after the cap is removed. Then when the cap is back on you twist the dial on the bottom to the right. The vibrations are from low to high, but there really does not seem to be much of a difference except for sound. The higher up the vibrations go the louder the sound gets. This sound can be drowned out by back ground nose, but is super buzzy sounding. It also guzzles batteries pretty fast. The vibrations are fairly weak. They sound much more powerful than they are. The highest setting is like a medium/mild setting. This toy is completely waterproof, but does warm up underwater, but the sound is muffled. The rubber band is effective in stopping all the water from getting inside, but should it fail stop using the toy and be sure to let it dry completely, it might now fry out the toy completely.
*More about the performance in the experience section.
The performance for me was not that great, but okay.
This toy can be cleaned with soap and water, toy cleaner, or toy wipes. If you want to share this item, you can use a condom, but if you don't want to you can wipe it down with alcohol for proper cleaning.
I store this is a pencil bag in my dresser with the rest of my smaller toys, but it can go anywhere. It is travel friendly, but remove the batteries first. However if the bag was searched they would know it is a sex toy.
ABS plastic with a PU coat is compatible with water and silicone based lubes.
The packaging is your basic clam shell with a cardboard insert and instructions. The instructions tell you how to work the product, but the cardboard insert is not discreet, since there is a girl touching "herself" on it. It shows the vibe and says words like "Nooner", vibe, and exotics, so you should wrap it if you are gifting.
When I first get any toy that vibrates I put in the batteries and rub it on my hands to get a feel for the power level. This told me that the vibrations were loud and hardly felt. So I knew that they would not do much for this Clit 'O Steel women. So when I got into the shower I decided to give it a try anyhow. I started off with the highest setting, since I am use to much more powerful vibrations I was left underwhelmed. I was able to achieve orgasm but not until the toy had warmed up a decent amount, the batteries were close to dieing, and the orgasm was not very intense. Overall I am not pleased with the weak vibrations of this toy. If you crave power this is not the toy for you.
Follow-up commentaryI still don't like it4 months after original review
I've gifted out this vibrator to a trusting friend. She enjoys this toy much more than I did. This is a good affordable vibrator with moderate vibrations, but there are better options out there. Like Iconic Smoothie.
