A Cute Little Paperweight
If you know anyone who is interested in trying toys, this would be a good starter. It is discreet, compact, and truly whisper quiet. Unfortunately, this won't be a long term toy. The vibrations are just too weak.

Absolutely Adorable

Cons
Vibrations are too weak
The Enchanted Crystals by Evolved Novelties is a discreet vibrator designed to be used on pretty much any erogenous region. The vibrations are very mild, so those who need at least 4 vrooms should not buy this toy. While it is very weak, it is also discreet and nonthreatening, making it perfect for introducing someone to the world of toys.
This cute little buzzer is made of a hard plastic with a velvety finish. Plastic is nonporous, phthalates-free, and ranks an 8 on the EdenFantasys safety scale, making this a very safe toy. The purple sphere on the end appears to be made of plastic as well, as far as I can tell. This toy has a ribbed texture on the middle, making cleaning slightly more difficult. Luckily, the toy is waterproof, so that helps with the cleaning. Any toy cleaner or antibacterial wipe should be sufficient, just make sure to get in between each rib. Because it is plastic, any lube can be used with the toy.
This toy reminds me of a scepter held by royalty. The crystal ball is really adorable. The Enchanted Crystals is smaller than the picture on the product page suggests, fitting nicely into the palm of your hand. The packaging is so cute! It actually doubles as a case for the toy.
Measurements:
Circumference of the spheres: 4 1/2"
Circumference of the handle, at the narrowest point: 2 1/2"
Length: 4"
The crystal ball is actually the control dial for the toy. Turning it activates the vibrations. The toy only has steady vibrations, so unfortunately no patterns. Even worse, the vibrations are extremely weak, only 2 vrooms on the maximum intensity. On the bright side, the toy is almost completely silent. The toy is battery operated, taking 1 AAA. Just unscrew the toy 4 ribs from the crystal ball and insert the battery.

Experience
I got the Enchanted Crystals as a free gift from EdenFantasys, although I had seen it before and briefly thought about purchasing it. After trying it, I'm glad I didn't buy it. While I think it is one of the most adorable toys I've ever seen, function-wise, it does not impress. This might be good for someone interested in trying toys for the first time, but if you've ever used anything stronger than en electric toothbrush, it would be better to get something stronger.

Great review! I thought it looked cute too but doesn't sound like it would be a great purchase.
