The Royal Duet is a great dildo for beginners in glass. It's been my first experience with glass personally and I would highly recommend it to others! Its size is extremely non-threatening and I feel that it really allows for you to feel the texture. Speaking of texture, since this toy is double-sided and each side features a unique texture, this is a great 2-in-1 toy for you to experiment and see what kind of textures might appeal to you the best!

It is glass, so of course you have to take care when thrusting or else you may bruise your cervix. So far I haven't had any issues though. I haven't been being too cautious but I may be gentler than some to begin with. Also, being glass, this would be wonderful for temperature play! It's always cold when I first insert it (I don't chill it or anything) and that's kind of nice! I bet it would be really interesting to pop it in the freezer for a few minutes first.

Royal Duet is made of glass. It's very smooth to the touch, with the exception of the raised textured areas. The textures are pretty noticeable and easily felt inside of you.

This toy is extremely pretty to look at and I appreciate the slightly realistic design that the tips have been given. It's kind of cute! It even has a slit like the head of a penis. I almost want to show it off to everyone! Ha-ha-ha.

It's quite small in diameter compared to a lot of other toys. This may be disappointing for some, but for me this is exactly what I was looking for! It fills me just enough for me to feel comfortable, as I don't prefer large toys. But I think that the size will also be good for people who are just new to glass in general, since glass has absolutely no give so a smaller toy may be less intimidating. Especially when it's textured. I personally feel that it being small allows the texture to shine more as well, but not having anything else to compare it to I can't really assert that.

It's double-ended and could be used for partner play. However, the overall length is kind of small for that.. So I'm not sure it's the best choice for it.

Really, the best part about this toy is the texture. You're definitely going to feel it and you really can't beat getting two entirely different textures in one beautiful, well constructed toy at this price.

Cleaning and caring for this toy is a snap. You can use any kind of lube you like with it, although I've been using it with none. I find it very easy to get away with not using lube, since your natural lubrication will very easily coat it.

As for cleaning, I've just been washing it with warm water and antibacterial soap. Very easy!

It comes with a red velvety storage pouch. It initially came with bubble wrap around it inside that pouch, too. Since the pouch itself has no padding to it at all, you could potentially keep the bubble wrap until you find a better solution if you feel it's inadequate.

The toy pretty much had no packaging. It came in the mail box with brown paper waded around it to keep it from rolling around. It was also wrapped in bubble wrap and kept inside a red velvet pouch, which serves as it's storage.

It wasn't anything flashy, but I figure that a lot of times when you buy a product you end up paying into some of the packaging. So I didn't mind the lack of it. That said, EdenFantasy did a good job in making sure that the toy wouldn't get damaged in the mail.

I've been so happy with this toy. It goes in smoothly and the textures feel wonderful! I like to use it in combination with a bullet vibe on my clit, while thrusting and especially TWISTING it! Ahhh, it feels so good!! It will definitely be a toy that I'll use regularly~ <3
