Worth the wait
This is an excellent transition toy between beginner and intermediate anal toy users. It feels great going in and coming out, but cannot be used as a plug comfortably. The vibration is nice touch, but too weak to really add much.

Pros
Medium length and girth. Excellent ridge design. Safe, easy to clean material.
Cons
Can not be comfortably used as a plug. Vibration is quite weak.
I ordered the Echo as my first step up from a basic medium butt plug. I wanted to try something a little bigger and longer, and also give vibration a try. I have heard excellent things about the quality of Tantus products, and the materials they use (Medical grade silicon) and so decided on this little guy.
When it finally arrived and I got some time alone, I washed Echo with some soap and warm water, then I used a water based lube, and got started. I tried to insert it on my knees and shoulders as I had with my butt plug, but I had quite a bit of difficulty getting the "head" to pop inside. I then lay flat on my back, and with a little maneuvering (and some more lube) I managed to get it in, and that's when the fun began. The ridges on this toy felt absolutely incredible as each one popped inside. I got to the 4th ridge before I could no longer take more length comfortably. I slowly slid the toy almost all the way out, feeling my sphincter stretch and contract over each ridge. I pushed it in and out for a while until I had the most powerful orgasm I've ever experienced, more than doubling my usual cum output.
Since this was my first Dildo, I was concerned about the girth and length, but I was able to take it in quite easily up to the final ridge. It gave a pleasant "full" sensation, but was in no way painful or uncomfortable. The silicon material was very smooth, and went in much easier than my rubber plug even though the girth was a bit greater. Echo also absorbed my body heat nicely to make the experience even better.
The vibrating bullet included can slide into the base (with lube, to prevent it becoming trapped) But it did not do anything special for me. The sensation was pleasant, but I have much more powerful orgasms when using the Echo without vibration.
Due to the round base on the toy and the ridge design, I decided to try using it as a plug, without success. The shape of the base, and the toy's weight make it constantly try to slide out, and its length makes it slightly uncomfortable to walk around with.
I ordered off Amazon.com, saving 11 dollars, but I now regret that. The package arrived squashed in the middle, and the Dildo itself has several small deep scratches/cracks which make me worry about cleanliness. In the future I will pay the extra 10% or so and order from a more reputable source.
