When I used Wanda, I would first apply some lube (water based) and then insert with the curved tip pointing up. I primarily used Wanda as a dildo for vaginal stimulation. I found that, though small, Wanda's curved body provided a more full feeling than I expected. I really enjoyed thrusting with Wanda because the tip would rub against my g spot without and concern for large heads hitting the pubic bone. The silicone material warms up to your body temperature and feels quite nice. If you want to warm it up or cool it down before use, just run water that is the temp you want over it long enough for it to absorb that temp.
The best part of the experience though was setting a vibrator against Wanda while it's inserted. The silicone transfers the vibrations nicely and I found I could use a vibrator on my clit that was long enough to reach the vibe to get that extra sensation. Another plus to Wanda's small size was that I could twist and move Wanda around comfortably while the vibrator was against it allowing for lots of stimulation in different places.
I did try to use Wanda anally as well. Honestly it was kind of awkward once I put the lube on. I'm very much a beginner in anal play and began by warming myself up. Once I felt ready for Wanda I lubed it up and got ready for insertion. I relaxed, exhaled, and moved the tip up, but the lube kept it super slippery and hard to grip. The other problem I had was the slight flexibility of Wanda that really required me to be completely relaxed to be able to insert. I didn't get much more than past the first raised section, but more because I was frustrated with the lube and lack of grip than anything else. I definitely intend to persevere and conquer Wanda.
As I mentioned in an earlier section, I tested Wanda's suction cup on multiple surfaces. When that suction cup works, it REALLY works and when it doesn't, you'll know. When I placed it on surfaces I would tug and pull on it, bat it around like a cat and the only way to remove it was by either pulling really hard on the body or lifting the edge of one of the tri-lobes on the base. Pulling on the body kind of freaked me out. It doesn't feel weak, but I was worried about tearing it and then it really wouldn't be safe for anal play. I definitely recommend removal at the base, just to preserve the life of your toy. If Wanda isn't going to stick it won't even pretend to try. You may as well have just set it down without even trying to engage the suction. As you can see, Wanda can wander just about anywhere in your home that you might want to try it out.
Great review!
