I originally picked this toy up for myself, looking for something that was filling, but that wouldn't be too thick, and that would also offer something deeper than what I was getting with some of my other equipment. In terms of pure usage, you should be relatively flexible if you plan on using this solo. Otherwise, bring a friend.

I have used this toy successfully on my own and with my partner (male), though I imagine it would also work between two partners of just about any gender combination. When sharing with a partner, I have found the use of a harness to be unnecessary. Although it is possible, I worry about tearing the rubber, and ultimately, we have found that simply sharing it while lying down works just as well, if not better. Because of the lack of a stopper or grip, I would recommend caution while using this toy anally.

This is a pretty standard, rubber toy. It has a nice give and feel to it while also being quite flexible. The raised veins add a pleasing texture to it. When sharing, however, remember who has which side! The material is porous and can't really be totally sterilized. I have also noticed a distinctive, rubbery smell emanating from the toy.

I don't generally love the feel of rubber toys, as they tend to attract hair and fiber, and give off that rubbery reek. The texturing on this is well done - not all that realistic, but it definitely adds to the experience. As my partner notes above, it's important to remember who has which side, especially when sharing (as we do) vaginally & anally. We use the little 'Doc Johnson' logo conveniently emblazoned on one end of the shaft as an indicator for which side is whose.

In my personal opinion, this size is just enough to give a little stretch back there while not being uncomfortable. The length also allows some deep penetration. Average users should have little problem enjoying easily, and the somewhat stylized look isn't intimidating for first timers.

From her:
The length and girth can seem initially intimidating, but in terms of vaginal use, I find it to be exactly the right girth for a feeling of fullness without any discomfort. The length is a nice, added bonus when sharing, but I don't find it enhances the experience when used in a solo setting, since the double header is floppy and can't really be used to hit any internal sweet spots with precision or force. I also really love the thickness of the heads - they're realistic, and they make the initial insertion of the toy a pleasurable experience.

When I first got it, I was somewhat underwhelmed because of the difficulty of use while solo. The flexibility and shape combined meant that there almost always has to be a hand steadying it in place.

My opinion changed, however, when I paired it with her, and we found that because of its flexibility, we could actually have one end inside of her, fold it through a harness, and use it as a strap-on. This, in addition to just sharing it without a harness, has greatly increased the utility.

From her:
This is my favorite toy to share (vaginally/anally) without a harness. It has made for some mindblowing mutual masturbation sessions. It's also really fun to use on a partner to see how much you can fit inside (do be careful, though, as this toy is long). The thick heads on either end of the shaft make it great for quick in-and-out action - the entrance of my vagina is very sensitive, so I really enjoy toys that emphasize that sensitivity, and the double header delivers every time.

This toy requires a decent amount of maintenance and upkeep. Being rubber, it's OK to use silicone and water-based lubes, but rubber also means porous, so you've got to be diligent about cleaning and remembering which side goes where. Wash well with soap and water.

From her:
I actually find this toy fun to wash - running my hands over it while it's soapy emphasizes the thick texturing, making for an interesting sensory experience. We store the double header in a Ziploc bag, wrapped in a paper towel (which makes it easier to insert into the bag, and also keeps it clean). This also prevents the noxious odor it emits from seeping through to our other toys or into the air.

The toy came in a simple, plastic, clamshell case that could be used for long-term storage, but it is not exactly discreet.
