This toy is by no means for beginners to strap-ons. Let me emphasize that you will need some good kegel muscles to keep this in. Or a harness. (I would not recommend harness use however, because the feeling of having your muscles tensed around the bulb makes your orgasm significantly better). Keeping the bulb in has not been an issue for me and if you've got the strength this is an amazing toy. I would compare it to learning how to ride a bike. You might not get it at first, but with practice it can be used in many ways. I would suggest this toy for both heterosexual and lesbian couples. It also makes a great toy for personal masturbation. At some points the bulb may feel uncomfortable (specifically in a sitting position for the wearer) and may need readjusting. This toy is fairly well designed. It has a nice curve and is designed to pleasure both the giver and receiver. I love that it is fire truck red and completely massive. The girth gets well.. girthy toward the middle of this toy and there is plenty of length to play with. Fairly heavy to hold in, but light considering the material and how large it is. If you are going for realism, this is not your toy. The bright color and smooth texture are well.. not realistic. Again, I stress that it is not for beginners on either end because of its size and the design of the bulb is a bit odd and can shift uncomfortably. A friend of mine who owns this says she also has trouble keeping it in when excited. I haven't had this problem, but I can imagine slipperiness might cause some issues. Overall, it works well for me. The innovative design really adds to play.

The performance is great as long as you are able to use it properly. There are many different ways to enjoy this toy. As I have said, if you absolutely cannot hold it in, a harness will work. It's easy to take care of, minus its love to attract hairs and fuzz. It tends to get dirty quick but cleans easily to make up for it. You can use very hot water and it will not damage the toy. I would recommend boiling water personally. Dry well and make sure to store in a clean place, as it tends to be extra clingy when wet.
