The best use (for me) would be vaginally, but it is shaped like a penis with balls so it could be used anally. If sharing - use condoms.

The functions are interesting. It has 10 functions,vibrate (high, medium and low) gradient burst, intermittent, surge, . inta-surge, even step, roller coaster spurt, and pulsate. My favorite is the pulsate.

Even though the controls are convenient and easy to use, when in use they are difficult to locate, for a while at least.
