Overall, a glass dildo with an unusual design which I adore. The shape and features make for perfect anal stimulation (can be a bit difficult at first), cleaning is easy, and it feels great with heating or cooling. However, my G-spot was difficult to stimulate with this dildo (could be different for others). The design is painted on (will come off eventually) and the warning on the packaging can be confusing and misleading. A good dildo with an usual design.

Pros
Unusual design. Curved shape. Easy to clean. Temperature play. Anal stimulation. Flared base.
Cons
Warning on packaging, can be difficult to hit the g-spot, design painted on.
The dildo has a curve to it, allowing easier stimulation of the G-spot and even P-spot. The curve gives the dildo a look of flowing and simplicity which contrasts with the design on the dildo.
The dildo works quite well for stimulating the vagina and G-spot. As it is glass and rigid, it can be quite difficult to angle towards the G-spot due to the curve of the dildo. It can feel quite prodding at times and takes some time to find the right angle to stimulate the G-spot, not so great in the heat of the moment.
The material is glass, reinforced so it does not easily break. The dildo is smooth apart from the design which has been painted on.
Glass is a very versatile material, brilliant for temperature changing. This can include warming your dildo in a sink of water (do not microwave it) or putting it in the fridge or even freezer if you are feeling brave. The glass will retain the heat or cold for a while. You shouldn't need to top it up during play. Heating or cooling a glass dildo provides some fantastic sensations. Heating is perfect for cold winter nights whilst cooling is great for steamy summer nights. Keep in mind, moderation is the key at first. Putting your glass dildo straight into the freezer on your first experience of temperature play can be very shocking. Start off slowly and work your way colder or hotter. The glass is reinforced, which means it will take more than your average household glass. Please note that glass dildos are still breakable at harder impacts.
The design on the dildo is unusual, not what you expect to see on a glass dildo. This is what attracted me to this dildo in the first place. The design looks even better in person. I simply adore it.
The theme of this dildo is inked. The design shows that perfectly with popular themes for tattoos. The design consists of an orange cross with a red heart in front, a scroll banner around the cross and heart finished off with a silver and red anchor at the front.
In some pictures, the dildo can look quite thick. However this is not the case. The shaft is quite slim, which would appeal more to those who prefer less girth. The tip of the dildo is bulbous. This provides a sensation of girth and slight stretching without feeling uncomfortable like some of the larger girths do. The tip could still put some people off who don't like girth.
The measurements for the dildo as follows:
Length 6 inches
Insertable length 5.5 inches
Tip circumference 4.5 inches
Shaft circumference 3 inches
Base diameter 1.75 inches
I liked how versatile the glass dildo is and the design.
One potential downside of the design on this dildo is that it is painted on the top, which is the easiest way of creating a very detailed design like this. However, eventually the design will start to scratch off in places, leaving you with a messy-looking design. Then you have two choices, either leave it to look a mess or scratch the rest off, hoping you don't scratch the dildo and leaving you with a plain dildo.
Cleaning is very easy. Simply wash with warm water and gentle soap. Once dry, squirt some toy cleaner on the dildo and put it away for use another day. Glass doesn't attract fluff and dust, unlike some sex toy materials. However it is a good idea to keep all your toys separate from each other, even the glass ones. I presumed I was safe with glass toys and placed a silicone vibrator next to one. When I next went to the toys, the glass dildo had indented onto the silicone one, which happened to be one of my favourites. You can keep your toys separate by keeping them in the packaging, though this takes up a lot of space. Another way is satin or velvet drawstring bags for each toy, this keeps them all separate and doesn't take up excess space, though it does mean you can't see what is inside the bags. A cheap and easy alternative is see-through plastic sandwich bags. They are very cheap, easily replaced and you can see what toys are inside the bags.
The packaging is a plastic sleeve with a red insert. It is cringe-free and suits the inked theme. You can keep your dildo in the packaging or easily recycle it. The packaging describes the dildo's features - such as smooth and seamless, designed for intimate pleasure, each piece is hand blown and unique and finally adorned with inked stylings.
In small print at the back is the worrying note: this product is intended for use as a novelty product only. For external use only. Any product use for medical purpose or for a use that has an adverse effect on any function of the body is prohibited. Am I supposed to use it to pleasure myself or am I supposed to put it on my shelf as an ornament? I contacted California Exotics who kindly explained that it was for legal purposes and so they could market the toys at a wider market, she assured me it was perfectly safe for internal use.
The base of the dildo is flared, creating a handle for vaginal stimulation or a security for anal stimulation. Due to the rigid shaft, I found this dildo better for anal stimulation, although the bulbous tip makes for a more difficult insertion. My suggestion is to use a slimmer toy first and lots of anal lubricant. When using for anal stimulation, the dildo is great once you get past the bulbous tip. The shaft is very comfortable and the bulbous tip feels amazing when inside. The flared base provides security. If a toy doesn't have a base, then it is not recommended for anal play due to the possibility of the rectum drawing the toy inside.
Lubricant can make things very slippery and it can be difficult to hold onto the dildo and position it correctly. Use lubricant but don't flood yourself and the toy with it.
Follow-up commentaryI still like it8 months after original review
I still like the shape and versatility of this dildo. However, like I thought, the design started to come off. I wiped the rest off so now I have a plain dildo. Whilst it still performs the same it doesn't look different to any other dildos. I have ticked I like it as it still performs, however I wish the design wasn't painted on.
