Size queens all over the world can rejoice - for Tantus has designed the T-Rex to bring you pleasure. The T-Rex can be used both anally and vaginally, thanks to its flared base. It is harness compatible although you may need to buy a 2 1/4" O-ring at your local hardware store if you want to use it with an O-Ring harness by placing it between the base and the balls.

T-Rex weighs in at 1.75 pounds and is fairly solid. Be very careful when thrusting that you don't bruise your cervix.

Tantus states this dildo is for those looking for a "larger than life" experience.

According to the packaging, T-Rex is made of 100% "ultra-premium" platinum silicone. Their silicone is hypoallergenic, odorless, phthalate free.

The top of the head is glossy while the shaft and base are a matte finish. All of the dilo has a great deal of drag to it and will need water-based lubrication to be able to enjoy it fully.

Due to its large diameter, I recommend it only for advanced users and most likely for those who will be using a harness. This is a very heavy piece to hold in your hand and maneuver around and your hand will get tired easily. In addition, because it is so thick, while I have large hands and can bend it a bit, I find that it hurts my hand to do so and I can only hold it in position for a few seconds before I want to let go.

There are vein-like ridges along both sides and a ridge completely down one side. You can see them in the pictures below.





T-Rex is designed to be used in a harness, however, if you want to use him with a harness that uses O-rings you will need to get a ring that is larger than 2" at your local hardware store. I believe a 2 1/4" ring might be able to go between his base and his balls. Pictured below is what happened when we tried to put a 2" ring over his head to see if it would go down to his balls.

Basically, T-Rex is like a supersized cock. His details make him look like a real penis. Tantus states on their packaging that Tantus toy shapes are "anatomically targeted"

Since they say pictures are worth a thousand words, let me spare you some reading and show you some pictures instead.

We were not able to use it in a harness because we did not have a large enough O-ring and it is bigger than what I thought I could handle even with a lot of stretching out playtime beforehand. However, what I noticed as I played around with it makes me believe that this toy is better for partner play than using alone.

For one thing, this toy is very heavy as you hold it in your hand for a while. I have large hands and trying to grasp the flared base and hold onto it for any length of time was also very difficult. By the time I held the base and tried to grip it for two minutes, my fingers were cramping.

The section between the base and the balls does look like it would fit a harness perfectly.

The packaging states that Tantus toys are "hypoallergenic, odorless, phthalate free, boilable, bleachable, non-toxic, and healthy for the body". The package also states that the material "won't cause irritations, rashes or infections."

I would suggest that if you choose to boil it or put it in the dishwasher on the top rack, you make sure that you are the one who takes it back out. I would hate to send my child to empty the dishwasher while I'd forgotten I was sterilizing T-Rex. Oh, you can also clean it with soap and water in the sink too.

Even though Tantus is made of high-quality silicone that is food-grade material, I would suggest using water based lubes or oil based lubes. If you choose to use a silicone based lube, please test it first on a small spot on the base of the dildo to make sure there are no nasty interactions.

Tantus definitely does not put the T-Rex in a discreet package. It is packaged in a clear box which also happens to be very informative too. Here are some pictures of how the T-Rex is packaged. You will notice he is held in a plastic container inside.







Because this dildo is such a dirt and lint magnet, I think I would use his box to store him in.

I searched on Eden Fantasys to find a realistic silicone dildo that would be the same girth and length. Here are a few comparable dildos for size, etc.

Vixskin Outlaw is the same girth but 3/4" longer and 1/2 pound lighter.

Vixskin Maverick is the same girth but slightly shorter - by 3/4" and almost 3/4 of a pound lighter.

Johnny Vixskin is 1/8" less diameter and 1 1/2" shorter and 3/4 of a pound lighter.

Vixskin Bandit is 1/4" less diameter and 1/2" shorter and almost a full pound lighter.

Even the Realistic Johnny by Vixen Creations is 1/8" less diameter and 1 1/2" shorter plus 12 ounces lighter.

Both Lone Star and O2 Cush were also smaller.
