The Slim is a non-realistic dildo that has more to offer than meets the eye, as it offers interesting sensations even though all it's displaying is a very smooth shaft. Well, that very smooth shaft is hard, really hard, more than you can imagine. It is actually firmer than most silicone dildos, and its slight curve will stay in place when you need it.

The large base makes this toy anal-safe and compatible for harness play.

This toy is quite firm, to the point where it does not bend downward when I'm holding it sideways. So, in terms of control, it's something that I get to appreciate when using it in a harness as it reduces the combined flexibility of both harness and toy. To give you a better idea, if I could make up a firmness level for this toy, I would give it an 8, compared to a 6 for Tantus or Fun Factory. Another good point to mention is how slick and shiny the toy is, which really limits drag to a minimum. Moreover, since it's silicone, it warms up to body temperature really quickly.

While it is not said anywhere on the package that it is pure platinum or 100% silicone, it is. I had to do some research to make sure of that, since it did looked like pure silicone. This material is hypoallergenic, odorless and non-porous, as well as latex and phthalate-free.

The design is obviously simple, but effective. It's realistic to a strict minimum, as you only get a shaft with no head. In addition to not being life-like, the toy comes in a bright electric blue and light turquoise.

As for deciding if the size would be right for anyone, it's hard to say. However, based on the fact that the the toy's size is close to the average penis mensuration, it could fit most everyone. The rest depends on personal preference and needs. As for my personal opinion, I think that it represents my ideal dildo size and, while I also like smaller or larger toys, it felt just right and did not need a workout to get it in.

The Slim looks like a dildo and feels like a dildo, and try not to let it air dry on a desk - like I accidentally did - when having someone over. It's not discreet.

As previously mentioned, the dildo felt just right during use, without being too small or too large. The sleekness was an interesting bonus, as I could really feel how smoothly the toy moved. It's one of the smoothest silicone toys I've tried, and it almost feels like a glass toy but without the hard texture. It's a pleasant opposite to what you get from drag.

The dildo feels great in an O-ring harness like the Jaguar, as the base is completely flat and the edges present no discomfort but, due to the 5 1/2" insertable length, it's not going to perform well in all sexual positions and will only shine in a few key sexual positions. Since it's not annoyingly bendy, it's a little bit easier to control or aim than the usual harnessed silicone toys.

Since it's made of silicone, it can be washed with antibacterial soap and water, and it will also survive to the top rack of a dishwasher. It can also be put in boiling water for 3-5 minutes or wiped clean with rubbing alcohol.

Silicone is also a dust-magnet, so don't be surprised to find some lint on it seconds after cleaning it. You will want to store it in a satin or Ziploc bag, but don't count on the original package for storage. It's too large to be of any help.

Considering that pure silicone could react in contact to silicone-based lubricant, it's only recommended to use water-based lubricants.

The toy comes in a plastic shell with some information about the toy. The only information that I disagree with is the part where they mention a "life-like feel". It's a great toy, but with Vixskin or O2 silicone toys out there, I have come to expect a higher level of lifelike-ness. Otherwise, everything else was right.

I do not usually make toy comparisons in descriptive reviews, but with all the comments about the Slim versus the Tantus Silk toys, I feel like I have to. At a first glance, it's easy to assume that the Slim is too similar in shape to the Silk dildos, and that there's no need to get this new one. Well, please think again, as it does not share any size with the Silk Tantus toys. With its 1" diameter, it stands between the Small Silk at 3/4" and the Silk Medium at 1 1/4". Besides, they do not even share the same density or drag level, since the Slim is much more sleek. It represents a separate entity, and I think it should be given credit for what you can get from it.
