So Dildo by Marc Dorcel is a double ended dildo meant to be used by couples or for a solo session. Its double ends allow the user to pick a side they're more comfortable with, and fits comfortably to their anatomy. The toy has curves to either end, and provides g-spot or p-spot stimulation. It is best to use the smaller end for anal play, however, the bigger end could also be used, as the ridges on the smaller end provide a nice grip to hang on to. Just exercise caution when playing with this toy anally, as it could become 'lost' due to the lack of a base.

People prone to sensitive skin and tissues shouldn't have a problem with silicone, as it is very rare to have a silicone allergy. If any itching, redness, swelling or bumps arise when using the toy, you should discontinue use and toss the toy immediately. Silicone rates a 10 out of 10 on the Eden safety scale because it can be fully sterilized.

The So Dildo is flexible, and can bend if you need it to (or sometimes if you don't), and is very forgiving. However, the silicone when squished gives very little, so it is on the firm side. Users should keep this in mind if they plan to use the wider end for insertion. The toy also has a light seam running along the middle, completely surrounding the toy, but it cannot be felt during use, and is only felt under the fingertips. There are two ridges after the smaller end of this toy, but other than that there aren't any textures to speak of.

This dildo is not shaped realistically, and therefore doesn't feel realistic in use. The velvety texture of the material adds to the ease of insertion when lubricated. Because this is a double ended toy, and one end is relatively small, beginners and advanced users alike could use this toy. One end is a great size for beginners, while the other end is great for advanced users.

When this toy is removed from the box, there aren't any noticeable smells from it as with most silicone toys, but when held under the nose it smelled slightly like a citrus scent. The best guess for this is the releasing agent they used on the silicone mold so the toy would come out of it without flaws. People with sensitivities to smell and taste should be fine with this toy, as it does not have any taste either when licked or sucked.

The design of this toy is a sort of 'S' shape, with upward curves on each end. There are two sets up bulbs, one large and the other small. Both can serve as a handle while thrusting. The smaller end of this toy has a set of two ridges just below the bulb which serve for further stimulation. These double ends are great for users who range from beginner to advanced because of the differences in size. The toy does not have a realistic look to it, so users who like a more whimsical shape can appreciate this toy, because it looks like a musical note in a sense.

While this toy has a whimsical flair, it is best kept hidden from private eyes, as it's easy to tell what this toy is for. Traveling with this toy should be fairly easy, as it will fit in luggage or a carry-on with ease and can be safely transported without fear of breaking.

As an advanced user, the larger bulb worked in finding my g-spot quickly, and gave me a full feeling when inserted. The matte finish of the silicone helps with the stimulation of the vaginal walls, but it does create a good amount of drag and friction once the lubricant or natural fluids subside. Rocking and thrusting at the same time seemed to create the best feeling overall. The smaller bulb created a great handle for maneuvering this motion. The larger end did not have too much flex, so insertion and pin-pointing the g-spot were both fairly easy.



The smaller bulb, while great did not pin-point spots easily due to its amount of flex after the ridges. However, these ridges add something to be desired because they feel nice when the toy is being thrust into the vaginal walls. When using this end of the toy, the bigger bulb tires the arm faster, and does not make as great of a handle for me when I'm using it.



For the glow: I left it in a sun-lit window sill all day. The color was a bright blue tint at night, and lasted throughout the night. If the toy has been next to an unnatural light source, it looks more like a pale green color when it has charged for a shorter amount of time.

So Dildo is easy to care for. You can wash silicone with warm soapy water, put it in the top rack of your dishwasher (without detergent), boil it up to 3 minutes, wipe it down with a 10% bleach, 90% water solution, or clean it with a favorite toy cleaner or wipe. Because the material is non-porous, bacteria cannot latch onto its surface, making this safe to use between partners after sterilizing between them and orifices. Like most silicone toys, this one is not an exception to collecting hair, dust or lint. In fact, due to the velvety texture, hair is attracted more to its surface than glossier silicone toys.

When using this toy, always used water-based lubricants. If you feel the material will hold up to it, silicone lubricants can be used. Remember to always spot test in an inconspicuous place if you want to use silicone lubricant. Leave a spot of the lube on the toy for 3-5 minutes and then check the spot with your fingertips. If the spot is gooey or feels off, the lubricant is not compatible with the material and needs to be removed immediately. Wipe it off with a soft cloth or napkin, and rinse the toy immediately with soapy water.

You can store this toy in the box it came packaged in, or you can store it in a Ziploc bag. Never store silicone with other materials as it can absorb the color or react in other ways such as melting.

The So Dildo came packaged in some pretty elegant, but far from discreet packaging. It's a cardboard box with a plastic insert like most toys are packaged in, but I really dig the artistic vibe coming from the top-nude woman sitting elegantly with her face covered. This, combined with the fact that there's a photo of the toy on the front of the box, clearly makes the packaging indiscreet in all ways. However, this packaging is great for storage purposes if you so desire, and can be gift-wrapped if the person doing the unwrapping isn't easily embarrassed. Inside of the box, you have a small folded 'manual'.





The manual has the name Marc Dorcel, and a link to his website.
