I am a beginner to using a strap-on and found this very easy to get on and off, just like a pair of undies! I wear it over a pair of my own underwear since the latex is sticky and rolls down quite easily, especially for non-petite women/wearers. It's best used for non-momentum intercourse (i.e., gentle anal); otherwise, the dildo might not hold up for very long since it's a bit on the softer side (a foam-filled version).

This harness is an ALL-in-one attachment. There is no need to remove or re-insert the dildo into the harness, which is a very convenient and time-saving feature. This fits people on the thinner side the best; however, it will stretch to fit most any figure. Anything other than a flat stomach and the thin latex will be rolling over on itself while you're wearing it. The dildo is a bit on the smaller side, both around and lengthwise; it's one that I would only use for anal intercourse since it's rather small for vaginal.

The foam dildo is very flexible, which means it bends in many different positions while using. It's a very simple design, making it easy and quick to put on and take off. There is nothing to adjust, tie, snap, etc. This provides a GREAT advantage! It was comfortable worn over a pair of undies; otherwise, the latex tended to stick to my skin.

I use mild dish soap and lukewarm water to wash this toy off immediately after using it. After it has air dried, I toss it in a bag with some cornstarch and then store it in a clean plastic zip-lock bag in a cool, dark area of my closet.

There were no instructions included; it is pretty simple and self-explanatory from just looking at it.

This item is so lightweight, and I have no problem wearing it since it feels like I'm wearing nothing. My boyfriend enjoys receiving anal with it.
