Basix Slim is a realistic rubber dong made by Pipedream. It is moderately sized and has a suction cup base. I think this toy is best for solo use. The suction cup works well on a smooth wall or on the shower floor and walls. I don't think the material safety makes it a great candidate for anal, but it does have a wide base, so if you did choose to use it that way, there's no worry of it getting lost. The wide base also makes it harness compatible, though I personally think it's too long and heavy for it. It's curved enough to poke my cervix, (all the time) but not curved enough to hit my g-spot.

Basix is made from rubber, a 3/10 on the safety scale. I only ever used it with a condom on it, but I eventually had to stop using it at all since I am sensitive to latex. I tried polyurethane condoms, but it's still an issue since I have to have paraben and glycerin free lube. The rubber does smell and will probably continue to smell its whole life, and if you're turned off from strong odors, you may want to look elsewhere.

This is a realistic toy and has a sculpted head and veins down the shaft, but it doesn't feel real to me. The texture is nice, though not intense, and adds to the experience for someone who likes texture. If you're not a huge fan of texture, don't worry, the veins aren't that pronounced. This dong is flexible, but not super squishy.

This is a very average toy, so if you need lots of texture, girth, or g-spot stimulation this toy will underwhelm you.

I'm not really a fan of realistic toys, but this one isn't bad. There are some concerning lumpy bumpies at the base of the dong. This doesn't seem healthy for a realistic penis. I do like the lack of balls, it's a dong. Though there's not a lot of dislikes with the design, there aren't a lot of likes either.

The size is pretty average. It's 8" long, 7" insertable, and 1 1/2" in diameter. It is tapered at the end to make insertion easier. Average users will enjoy the size. If you like very girthy toys, you may want to look elsewhere. Obviously, this is not a discreet toy and I personally wouldn't travel with it because of that.

This best part about this toy for me is the average size. The tapered end also makes insertion easy, though the slight curve poked my cervix and never touched my g-spot. Some positions were easier than others with this toy. Everyone is different though, so I may just have a weird cervix.

The suction cup works surprisingly well, even on lightly textured walls. It works best on the shower wall. It's harness compatible in theory, due to the wide base, but I personally like my harness toys shorter and lighter than this one.

Rubber is porous and not the easiest material to care for. Clean it very well before and after use with a toy cleaner or antibacterial soap. I use toy cleaner and a washcloth. The easiest way to keep this dong clean is to only use it with a condom covering it.

I store mine in the original clam-shell package in one of my toy boxes. Don't store it touching other toys since one of the toys could melt. Another good way to store this would be to keep it in a plastic baggie. I wouldn't recommend cloth storage bags, since it can get linty.

You can use water or silicone based lubes with rubber toys.
