The first time I used it, I wanted to use it as a tradition dildo. I held it by the base of the shaft and it worked wonderfully as a vanilla dildo. The length of the shaft is fairly long so it works perfectly as a suction cup toy. The diameter made it very easy to slip in, with a little help from old buddy lube. I stuck it to a drywalled surface for the second run and I found it even more fun than the first time around. It was sturdy and didn't feel like it was going to fall. I should mention I am a very curvy human and it was able to withstand all 220 lbs and 6 feet of my body. The base is low enough that you could place it in a strap but it would need some rigging.

It has a shiny silicone look with lots of veins. I was slightly turned off by all the veins, I wasn't sure if they would improve the sensation. Once I inserted it, I couldn't tell the difference, the mold was too shallow to really give any sensation from the variation. It gives a realistic look to it, but it's only for artistic purposes. It was easy to insert with a little water-based lube and very easy to clean with soap and water.

The length, though quite long, might be a little too long for more shallow folks. I had some bruising the next day, due to my own exuberance. The design works well for a suction cup dildo so you can ease into it. The diameter is average for folks that are assigned male at birth, it's not particularly wide or particularly narrow. It was slight realistic until it got to the bottom of the shaft, the balls look like truffle chocolates. I'm not mad that they look like chocolates, but they don't look human either. I will say they acted as a grip when using it as a standard non-suction dildo.

I enjoyed how easy it was to stick to the wall and how easy it was to remove it. I'm disabled, so there is a limited amount of weight I can push or pull, having accessible toys is really important to me. I am happy to report it gave me little to no issue applying and removing from hard flat surfaces. If you also have mobility issues, this item is easy to grip and easy to maneuver.

I used soap and water to clean it after play. I cleaned it immediately the first time after use, I used mild soap and warm water. On the second use, I wanted to see how well it could handle 6+ hours after use. I used it in the evening and went to bed, the next day I went to the sink to clean. It was just as easy as cleaning it the day of. I didn't find any issue with cleaning. It was also easy to remove from the wall, but I would be careful with drywall-painted surfaces.
