Sexy but complicated
The fun factory curve is an artistically beautiful, fun looking and hygienic dildo that unfortunately is not as intuitive to use as it first appears. Probably best used by lovers of strong G spot pressure and not people new to g spot stimulation.

Pros
the G spot is accessible with this toy, hygienic silicone
Cons
difficult to provide firm stroking pressure to the G spot with solo use, can be uncomfortable
I have become slightly obsessed with finding the perfect G spot toy for me that will hit the spot right and basically do what I can do with my fingers without the strain. Inspecting the fun factory curve I thought that this toy would have to be the one for me.
The design of the curve is simply beautiful. It is both phallic and artistic. I chose the hot pink colour which reminds me of my favourite play-doh colour when I was little-as my first dildo it made it seem considerably less intimidating and made me look forward to my ‘playtime’. It is made of a medium flexibility silicone- when applying strong pressure opposite to the curve with the hands, the dildo can be bent in the opposite direction. The curve of the dildo looks as though it would provide a greater ease of use, however this did not turn out to be my experience.
Silicone is one of the most hygienic materials available and this adds considerable peace of mind to someone as germ obsessed as I. The material itself is also body safe and does not smell. The fun factory curve can be washed after use with warm soap and water. I also clean it secondarily with alcohol swabs (which makes it super clean as long as there is no initial soiling). Silicone lube should not be used with this toy and it should be stored out of contact with other silicone toys. I use water based lubricant.
As I had hoped, the curved handle makes it easy to use while on your back. I started by thrusting slowly by following the curve around without placing any pressure on its flexible structure; it seemed to be just slipping in and out, although the handle did provide some enjoyable simultaneous rubbing pressure on my clitoral region. Angling the handle downwards between my legs increased the pressure on the G spot, but my ability to thrust in this position was greatly reduced. Pulling the dildo slowly downwards holding at the middle of the curve to straighten slightly, gave me a strong pleasurable feeling, but was a bit of a strain to manoeuvre while keeping the correct bend. This gives me some indication that use of the fun factory curve may be better with a partner to control its movement with a slow firm sliding motion. Unfortunately partner play did not turn out this way for me as there seemed very little room him to manoeuvre the dildo without it causing discomfort; others may succeed with constant communication and perhaps some initial unpleasantness.
For solo use I also tried using a rocking motion of my hips while keeping the dildo in place between my legs. In this position I was able to vary the amount of pressure on my G spot and was able to wedge a small vibrator at the front of my legs for clitoral stimulation. The easiest position for this stimulation was on my front or on my side. Although I could feel that the head of the dildo was contacting my G- spot deeply I found it slightly uncomfortable; perhaps this sensation could have been improved if I was more sufficiently aroused.
The Fun Factory Curve is rather girthy but I enjoyed the full sensation. For me it required a lot of lube to make insertion entirely comfortable though. Making sure the vaginal muscles don’t clamp down on it is important when its near the entrance of the vagina. The little raised knob near the tip can cause pain when being pulled out, but I could avoid this by taking it slow and ensuring the right angle.
I would recommend the Fun Factory Curve for anyone who does enjoys strong g-spot stimulation and who does not mind a little experimentation to get it just right. It is also possible that, although I attempted to stimulate myself clitorally before I used the Curve, that I was not aroused enough to enjoy the strong pressure it provides on the g spot. Nevertheless, for newbies like myself it is probably better to look elsewhere like I am now. I live in hope that later I will develop a sex toy routine in which I can include my beautiful Curve.

Great first review! Welcome to the community!

Really nice review. I've always thought the part that sticks out would be painful. Try Ella. I think you'll like it.

Good job, great first review, welcome to the community!!!!

Wonderful and thorough review I've always been intrigued by the look of this item...I just don't see how it could work all that well. I was imagining it to be more stiff, but it sounds like it's pretty flexible! Welcome to EF!

I had pretty good success with this but my G-spot is rather shallow and doesn't need a lot of thrusting. (I can squirt within a matter of seconds with toys that hit the spot right). It may be helpful to know if you have a shallow/deep/average G-spot.

Sounds like it's definitely got its pros and cons but at least it's gorgeous.
