This is a very girly average toy. It has a great realistic texture, but overall isn't fantastic in any way. It's just average. Average size, girth, and vibrations make this toy meh.
It is a realistic dildo that is sized averagely. It has average vibrations, average controls, and an average texture.
If the designers of this were setting out to make something average then I applaud them because in this case they succeeded perfectly.
It's not realistically colored. It is a very pretty pink, but not at all a shade that skin comes in.
This toy can't be used anally because it doesn't have any kind of flared base. Due to this, it can easily be pulled into the body by a stray muscle spasm.
UR3 or Ultra Realistic 3.0 is a high maintenance material, but it produces a great feeling toy. It feels smooth and velvety just like real skin. It compresses and flexes easily, and it isn't firm like silicone. It is latex and phthalates free and has an anti-bacterial property. This is a food grade material.
This toy had no noticeable odor to me upon opening, ans it hasn't picked any up yet either.
It is modeled after a realistic penis which includes a distinct head and veins. The texture is extremely pronounced, but because the material flexes so much, it is subtle when inserted.
UR3 is porous, so if you plan on sharing with a partner or orifice, make sure you use a condom so you aren't sharing bacteria or diseases.
The vibrator portion is an internal plastic core that gives this toy a bit of rigidity.
This is designed like a realistic penis with a head and veins. The texture is a little more pronounced than the real life version but it is not overwhelming at all. This is pretty bight pink so I would not call this toy discreet.
It's 8" in total length with a 6.5" insertable length. It's 2.25" in diameter which translates to about 4.5" in circumference. It's very squishy so in compresses when inserted. It's in no way an overwhelming toy.
Personally, I feel that this is great toy for those that are just starting to work up to realistic sizes.
I wouldn't travel with this toy because it is made of UR3 which is a high maintenance material and it isn't discreet in anyway.
This toy requires 2 AAA batteries which doesn't produce a lot of power in a toy of this size. The vibrations move throughout the toy, but are centered in the lower third of the shaft. The vibrations are controlled by a dial base located at the base of the toy. There are no patterns in this toy, just steady vibration.
I personally dislike dial bases because it is easy to move and accidentally change the vibration on a toy. The upside of a dial base is that you have more control over how strong the vibration is.
It is waterproof and can go with you into the tub or shower. It was fine in the tub, but as I said before, nothing about this toy impressed me.
Maybe it's the material absorbing the vibrations, or maybe it is just a lack of power, but the vibrations in this end up being meh. They aren't irritatingly weak, but they also aren't even close to earth shaking at all.
It is highly porous, so it will absorb odors if it isn't thoroughly cleaned. It needs to be dusted with cornstarch after washing so it doesn't get sticky. It will also absorb bacteria so if you plan on sharing this between partners or orifices use a condom. Actually, using a condom with this in general will help preserve your toy.
It can only be used with water based lubricants because silicone or oil can break down the material.
UR3 toys have to be stored in a cool dark place because they can melt and break down in heat and light. They also will absorb dyes and odors from other toys, so storage in a ziplock bag or it's original case is highly recommended. The toy does attract hair and lint fairly easily, so I always wipe it down with a baby wipe before use.
Cleaning this toy is done with warm water and a mild soap or toy cleaner.
I would be very careful with your UR3 toys because they can be very fragile in general.
This was shipped in a clear plastic sleeve with the EF logo. Inside of that it was in a plastic bag. I have been storing mine in the sleeve it came in temporarily, but it's way too big and not a permanent solution.
The packaging includes no material about the toy, so everything has to be found on the product page on the website.
Personally, I think that there isn't anything fundamentally wrong with this toy; it just didn't blow me away. For the cost, I think that there are other toys that may work better for me.
This is a good vibrator; it just isn't great.
The Real Pleasure may make a good first realistic vibrator for people, or it may work really well for those that don't like larger toys and really strong vibrations.
I was very ambivalent to this toy. I guess I am a more experienced user. I like girthier toys. This wasn't irritatingly small, but I couldn't actually orgasm with it.
The vibrations were not strong, but I could still feel them.
I really wanted to like this toy, but overall, it just wasn't good enough for me.
Follow-up commentaryI don't like it anymore1 month after original review
I have used this less and less over time. I love the texture of UR3, but this is not girthy enough for me to really enjoy. I get bored with this so fast that it isn't even worth pulling out of the toy box.
