Nothing extra. Balls add a little but the raised veins are the best part. Nice garden-variety dong, overall it's just okay.

This toy is perfectly designed for those who enjoy sizable toys. The ridges add an incredible amount of sensation. This toy is now among my favorites.

This is definitely a recommendation to anyone who loves size, loves ridges, and loves to thrust...but doesn't mind a hands-on experience.
