It's shaped like a penis and has realistic balls, a head, and veins. Doc Johnson really did an amazing job on the Softee; it's gorgeous to look at and it feels amazing. The textured veins along the shaft are very noticeable when in use and the pronounced head provides a realistic popping sensation when inserted. I really, really love my Softee. He's fun to look at, play with, and use. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the smell. Although I didn't particularly dislike the smell, it was way too strong and stuck to everything.
