When we received this item I had trouble turning it on. But after charging this for about an hour and a half I held the power button down for around 5 secs and it switched on. There are 10 settings to use and a shortcut button for the fastest setting. This guy is rechargeable and comes with it's own usb/power cable. You'll need your own brick/plug but the kind you get with a cell phone works great.

The material is pretty firm and overall quality is great. It is definitely a steal for the price range. There's not a scent or stickiness to it. It's also latex free if you're looking for that. The size is not huge and should not be intimidating for those trying new things. The shape is realistic but the materials not so much. The suction is pretty good. We've not had any trouble keeping it in place. Cleaning this up is super simple as it's waterproof and easy to dry as well. It is not a very noisy toy but someone could definitely know what was going on in the next room.
