Not entirely out of this world.
The Alien is an awesome dildo with an epic design and has beautiful colors, but looks aren't everything. Though the dual heads are visually appealing, they do make insertion troublesome. The girth feels great, but the stiff firmness can cause his girth to be a bit much for some, but he does provide some great P-spot stimulation. Overall the Alien is pretty good, but not good enough to be considered a 5-star toy.

Pros
Color. Design. Size. Looks. Silicone. Great P-spot stimulation. Alien Dick!
Cons
Dual heads are difficult for insertion. Can't really feel bumps. Very firm.
NOTE: This toy was used anally by a boy.
Packaging/Storage: As with the other Freaks toys, Alien comes in a black box with a clear plastic front to show off the toy. It is 10 1/2 tall and about 6 inches wide. The top of the box says Fleshlight Freaks, the left side says Alien and the right side has a picture of it. In the back there's another picture of the toy, and a brief description that reads, "The Alien. What took light-years to arrive is now ready to be abducted in your deepest of spaces. Made with health care-grade, platinum cured silicone in extreme detail by Fleshlight, you will cum-firm, not deny, its massive existence." Beneath that, the rest of the Freaks lineup is displayed and named along with a disclaimer that "Freaks are produced with premium, medical grade silicon. Phthalate Free. Sold as novelty only. External use only. Clean thoroughly after use." Inside of the box, Alien comes encased in between 2 plastic cases on the shape of the toy. For me, this is a bit much for storage, and I think it best to find a different method for storage.
Look: The Alien is a very unique toy that takes the form of 2 penises, though it is still molded as a single toy. It is a, primarily, light blue toy with bits of darker shades of blue mixed into it. This toy is quite large, measuring just under 6 inches in circumference and 7 3/4 tall. There are bumps riddled throughout the toy on parts of the head, shaft, and balls. These are very small bumps, but can still be seen if looked at closely. Alien also comes with a veined shaft, though it is hard to where these are due to the numerous random "lines" throughout the toy. These lines throughout the toy, both horizontally and vertically, causinf "dips" in the toy to give it an almost wrinkled appearance in certain areas.
Feel: The Alien is a very firm toy, having very little give to it, but can still be bent, but is firm for the most part and does a great job of holding itself up. He has a bumpy and wrinkled, but somewhat soft, feel to him. Upon insertion, a major con is immediately noticed, and that is that it is difficult to insert! Though the Alien is molded as one, for the most part, they do have a bit of seperation at the heads which is the cause for this problem. Although I was prepared, the heads would not go in and put up a fight to be inserted! After a few minutes the toy went in, letting me feel just how firm and girthy he is. I was slightly disappointed to feel that, though the bumps are felt by hands, they're not internally. Thankfully, you can feel the wrinkles, which provide some ok stimulation. It isn't much of a problem though, since it is quite a girthy toy, which provides a lot of stimulation in itself. Going slow, the Alien feels quite nice, but I find it is best when you go quick with him. If you do use Alien quickly, you may want to be careful because it is quite firm and if you hit yourself too hard with it, it will hurt. The Alien does a good job of pressing up against my P-spot, but the firmness prevents me from thrusting it in, as I usually like to do. Still, it is some great P-spot stimulation.
Smell/Sound/Taste: There is no taste or sound to the Alien dildo but it does smell. Although most silicone toys have no smell, this one does have a slight scent out of the box. It's not a bad smell, it's just a "new toy" type smell. I have no problem with it, as it is a light smell and fades away quickly.
Material/Cleaning/Lube: As all other Freaks, Alien is made of silicone, which earns a 10/10 in the safety scale. It is a smooth, nonporous, waterproof material. Silicone also has the ability to both repel dirt and retain heat. Cleaning silicone is as simple as washing it with soap and water. Due to Alien's many wrinkles, he may be a bit more difficult to fully clean and dry. You can also entirely sterilize it by boiling it for a few minutes. As always, silicone is to be used only with water-based lubes.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
The Alien is still a really good dildo, even though the dual heads do cause a bit of a problem with insertion. The material, color, and alien design of the toy all help me overlook the toys minor flaws and say it is still a 4/5 and still recommended.
